Great value for the money. Clean comfortable room with many ammenities. Dog friendly also. Very pleasant staff. Complimentary is superior to many of these I have had to eendure. I travel alot out to WI by auto; I will reach out to them again.

It was soso really was expecting a little more. The room had a weird smell like someone was smoking or something and tried to cover it up with something. The pop machine only took debit cards and there was only one machine and room had no cable guide

The bed was comfortable. I need a firm bed, that was the best part. The pillows are these little scrunched throw pillows. The artwork in the room was terrifying.. and by artwork, I mean the paint peeling off the ceilings. EVERYWHERE. The Front Desk Lady, was good, but not thorough. I was not asked for ID, license plate or any of that. The shower looked like it escaped from a 70's space thriller... pocket door on the bathroom is interesting. At least the coffee pot was NOT in the bathroom. Do not use a delivery service at this hotel. You will never receive anything. I went up to the second floor to seek my dinner... got off the elevator and I see a Grandpa with an infant... t-shirt on, but no diaper... glad I was on the first floor. It is pet friendly. For a flat $10 fee you pet pal can stay.. but it isn't really friendly. Limited areas, but it is in the older part of town.

The shower floor looked dirty. The screen in rhe window was almost ripped off. The breakfast selection was ok. The pool floor was gross. I liked the beds and pillows were comfortable. I appreciate the beds being clean and made also the towels being switched out.

The bed protectors both had bad urine and mold stains on them, the carpet was destroyed looked like by a dog or animal and it wasn’t vacuumed prior to me checking in. The ac unit was so loose in the wall we could see outside, the curtains had burn holes and rips in them Overall the room should not have been used and the manager at check in did not tell me the total for my room and she was not very nice to be the manager

I was very disappointed in this hotel. The room smelled like mildew. The carpet was damped like. It smelled like mildew and cigarette smoke mixed. The shower floor almost caved in. The ceiling looks like it had a bad water leak that might have been repaired but not all the way. The only reason I put up with it was I came for a funeral and didn’t want to take my hurt out on staff. I definitely would want a refund for this. A rating from 1 -10 would be a 0.

The hotel was convenient to our reunion. The staff were wonderful and helpful. We loved how affordable the pet fee was - $10/night. The room was a bit small and there was a slight musty smell whenever we walked in. But overall it was a nice place to stay.

We were comp'd a different room than the single King bed because the bathroom smelled as though there was an open line into the sewer drains. The 3rd floor room with two beds was much better but still had issues; The 3rd floor room had grimy dirty floors, bedframes that stuck out from under each bed by at least 6 inches (trip hazard), and the pocket door to the bathroom stuck pretty hard when fully closed. The continental breakfast options were very limited and - most notably - the Nature's Own Banana and Chocolate cookies tasted like they had expired months ago. It literally tasted like chemicals/acid in my month and even burned my tongue. The staff were very friendly and communicative. Getting into a different room was a smooth and caring interaction. They provided us with free bottled waters each morning on our way out for the day. Front desk always acknowledged us and wished us a good day/morning or evening. In general, the hotel is old....it's bones are old. Our experience wasn't horrible, nor was it great. We wouldn't stay again, but we DID stay for the whole three days of our trip.

It listed that the hotel had a pool…it did, it was just filled half way with dirty filthy water, unusable. In the room itself, the mirror above the bathroom sink was only halfway hanging on the wall, about to fall off. The room had apparently recently been painted and there was yellow paint all over on the carpet & horribly, stealing painted on the walls. The lamp base was rusty & the comforter on one of the beds had a large tear in it. Overall, the room looked horrible. We will not be returning.
