Housekeeping is by request only. The bathroom fan runs 24/7 whether or not you have the light on. The food was terrible. Cold, bland, and paper plates and really cheap plastic flatware.
I needed a room with a walk in shower and a bench in the shower. I called the hotel the week before my stay to confirm I could get a room that would meet my needs. I was told my room would be pre-assigned and I would have what I needed. When I arrived at the hotel to check in I again asked for this type of room and was told that is what I was getting. When I got to the room it did have a handicap accessible bathroom it did not have a walk in shower or any type of bench in the shower. I called the front desk and was told this room was not available. The staff did provide a lawn type of chair to put in the bathroom, my mother was not able to take a shower during our stay. I called before our stay to make sure I could have the type of room I needed but then it wasn't available after arrived at the hotel - very frustrating.
We stayed five nights— family wedding. It was clean and safe. Staff— from desk to food staff to housekeeping were wonderful!!! Three grandkids all loved the breakfasts. Area was wonderful— a nice mall, Target, every food option you could want was in the same location.
They aeeved a really good breakfast and fresh fruits. Neef a couple more chairs or a sitting area for smokers

The property is new and clean. Staff was good. The complementary breakfast was subpar. Are used or bucks to get me into the $80 range, and would not put this hotel at a value that represents full price by any means.

The room was great, very clean and comfortable. Lots of great amenities. Enjoyed the whirlpool and swimming pool. Regal cinemas directly behind the hotel, Eastwood mall complex surrounds you. A lot of restaurant choices.
Overall this hotel is excellent for the money. My only complaint was sometimes the water for the shower was not hot.
