My wife and I were in town for her 50th class reunion, and decided to stay at this hotel, because it was close to both venues, the Friday meet and greet and the dinner the following evening. We greeted by a very professional desk personnel, the room was spacious and very clean. Plenty of breakfast choices and sitting, unfortunately it was a little to chilly to sit outside on the beautiful patio we loved the waterfall, we were able to sit by the window and still enjoyed it. The only thing that I would like to see is the outside entrance to be automatic, it would just make it a little easier when using the luggage carts. But overall it was a fantastic stay, I would highly recommend this property and will definitely stay there again when in the area.

I have been staying here for my visits to the area for more than 10 years, and will happily return in the future. Service is truly exceptional, the rooms are huge, comfortable and immaculate, and the complementary breakfast is always good. Prices are modest. The value is very high.

We stayed here for one night while we were traveling and this hotel was so different than any of the other Holiday Inns we have stayed at previously. The front desk staff were so friendly when we arrived, and we were upgraded to a bigger room. This room was perfect for our family. The bedrooms had room darkening shades that made both rooms so dark. Our children had one of the rooms and they slept so well. We couldn't hear any noise from outside or above. You can tell they take great pride in this hotel and it showed in every aspect. They keep the breakfast open longer than other Holiday Inns, and every part of this place is designated to making the experience better for the traveler. This is a place that I would definitely stop at again and would highly recommend to anyone who was looking for a stop. It was also close to all highways, shopping and food. (Target, Chick Fil-a, Dunkin' Donuts and many more!)

This hotel is great. They answer the phone as the number one holiday inn in North America or something. Hearing this you start trying to pick things apart. They really are that great. The staff is great and I think it’s Wednesday they do a trivia night in the lobby that is a great surprise mid week.

Let me start by stating I am biased towards IHG properties because of this Holiday Inn Express staff. I was surprised to find out I like it so much, I average 20 nights a year over the last 7 years. The caring and commitment of the staff is exemplary. Once, when my family found itself down with a Christmas stomach flu, the staff went above and beyond by getting us saltines, ginger ale and OTC stomach remedies. Jennifer was our hero and we always felt like family. Kayla has since taken the reins and is just as good at ensuring everyone can rate their stay a 10. From trivia nights to local items that may appear from time to time, I can say I always feel at home here. Sure, there are bigger and fancier hotels, but they will never treat you like family.

I use Holiday Inn because of the wonderful service they give. This was without a doubt the best! Friendly staff, that want you to feel "at home" comfortable. It was clean , and kept that way. When you check in, they are actually glad to see you smiling. They have coffee available late, that's fresh. They have fresh fruit out at all times, and cookies. The beds are comfortable. And parking is easy. It's a hotel that I will revisit!

Everything everyone says about this hotel that is positive is true. Staff 100% awesome. However. I stay extensively at HIE/IHG hotels. I drove the extra 16 miles off of Rt80 to stay here for the hottub. When I rolled in late, tired, sore, I wanted my hottub. It was drained, draped off in plastic, and had tools laying inside it looking like a handyman just quit and walked away in the project. What a bummer. Call ahead and ask if they fixed the hottub in the pool area. They almost hit 5 stars in my book which is hard.

Was pleasantly surprised by this property. The hotel was beautiful. The price was very reasonable. The location was decent with stuff around it. The staff was super friendly. Everything I experienced with this hotel was great and exceeded my expectations and the value of what I paid.

Was in Warren, Ohio for my Niece's wedding. We stayed at the Holiday Inn Express and really didn't expect much. WRONG! We were greeted by the warmest smiles and helpful attitude by the two young ladies working the front desk. Our rooms were pre-booked by my brother in law so I wasn't sure what to expect but we had a king sized bed in a wonderful room. The view out of the window was of a water wheel and Koi pond. Next to the Inn was an old cemetery dating back to the early 1800's. Everything was close (and I do mean everything!) The breakfast was the normal breakfast, eggs-sausage etc but, the ladies who prepared it and tended to the food lines were attentive and friendly. When we checked out, the desk manager insisted that we take a couple bottles of water for our trip home. The inn has a spacious swimming pool including jaccuzi. If you are in the area of Warren Ohio and need a room for the night-week-month-whatever. This is definitely the place you want to be

The staff is truly what makes this hotel stand out! From the moment we walked in, every staff member was friendly and courteous. The front desk staff offered complimentary beverages at check in, check out and every moment inbetween. The apples were wrapped in plastic wrap which I thought was great. We didn't go in the pool during our stay, but it looked great. The back terrace is also beautiful. Great for relaxing and for breakfast in the morning. The mattress were ok, but the front desk offers accessories to make your stay more comfortable, including mattress toppers and different pillow options.
