Let me start out by saying the room and hotel are very clean and nice. I paid for a king size bed with a golf course view, but instead was given a queen with a parking lot view. I also paid for a free breakfast thru orbitz and when I questioned the front desk about it they looked puzzled at me. I should've been one of those customers and just demanded what I paid for instead of being able to adapt to it.
