I stayed at the Gladstone because I was visiting Toronto to see a play and to connect with family. I chose this hotel because of its dedication to the arts community. I chose the Spanish room. I need a walker and needed to use an elevator. As their elevator dates back to 1907, the staff need to operate it. Not a problem for me. I love being surrounded by the artwork in the hotel galleries and being on Queen Street West in Toronto was a plus.

Friendly & Efficient Staff at check-in. Took me up to my floor on an old manual elevator. Very classic look/atmosphere. The rooms were clean and the bed comfortable. Complimentary cocktail in the cafe helped relax after an afternoon of travel.

Beautiful room,! Extraordinary lovely hotel! The staff are absolutely wonderful, we truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely be back. We also had a scrumptious breakfast. Our room #303 was designed by Tommy Smythe with a king bed, spa like bathroom, coffee outside our room. And best of all Art everywhere.

I was there for the art show Come up to my room event and I had such a nice time. Obviously the art was beautiful and made you think, but also the venue is just so beautiful and historical. Its just a nice place to be and I took so many photos. My friend and I also sat at the side bar for a drink which was delicious. I had this neat little aperol was so tasty...i love aperol now. After the bar we went to the next room and there was live music....i love that you can be in one venue but go to so many different locations within it....variety is the spice of life

The staff at the Gladstone are absolutely wonderful. They went the extra mile to be helpful, friendly and kind. It is an eclectic spot in the city and I am looking forward to my next stay in Toronto at the Gladstone.

Attended a wedding in area, the hotel staff were wonderful, very helpful and pleasant to deal with. Many of us stayed at this location and had breakfast the next day in the Cafe. We really enjoyed our stay, the complimentary coffee on each floor was very nice. The hotel is in a great location and I would Wonderful stay, great location, friendly staff.

We stayed at Gladstone hotel for the Easter break. The hotel is full of art! It is a very charming place with an excellent service. Morgan at the front desk is always available to help. The room is quite small but that is enough since you have so much to discover outside! The hotel is located in a trendy area the West End: you could walk around grab a coffee, an açaí bowl, amazing options for brunch and dinner..

Attended my daughters wedding at the Gladstone. Everything was perfect!!! From the food to the décor, to the staff. Anything we needed, or wanted was looked after immediately. Would recommend this venue!

This is a very well-maintained and quite charming boutique hotel. I really liked my quirky room which was entirely cobalt blue. It was also one of the cleanest hotel rooms I've been in in a long time. And almost 130 years old!

our first time here, was on st paddy day , its an older spot , great area , the drinks are very fair priced, the waiters and bar staff where awesome . overall we had a great night and will go back here again
