Did not have to wait very long for the shuttle at the airport. Very short ride to the hotel. Good restaurant in the hotel and the meal we had was great. There’s also a small convenience store and a pub. Could not take advantage of the free breakfast as we had to leave 6:30 am.

The room was extremely dated and musty smelling. The next morning, when I checked out, the girl didn’t even have a smile or even look at me. She was very cold. Also, in the morning before I went to check out the cleaning staff walked right into my room at 9 o’clock in the morning. The breakfast was OK. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

The location is convenient, bed was comfortable and the room is clean. The Front desk staff namely Melody, Nathalie, Naomi and Rafeena are all friendly, accommodating and provided excellent customer service. The housekeeping staff was also great, offered up keep and replenish each day. Overall, I had a wonderful 3 day stay.

We did not have breakfast there as our flight left in the early hours of the morning. I’m sure it would have been excellent! On the shuttle to the airport I left my sunglasses in the shuttle and the staff called the driver and he brought them to the hotel! They were there for me this morning. Incredible service…..
