Shuttle service was slow in the evening, waited almost 1 hr. Photos did not reflect current state of rooms and building. Very worn down. Found a live cockroach crawling on the wall upon entry. Informed staff immediately.

Yes the shuttle was easy but i had to call to find its location. They should include that information on the reservation. The breakfast was average at best the waffle maker saved them. Ive never seen hot dogs on a breakfast bar. I was able to eat.

Hotel advertises a shuttle service from the airport. I waited outside for over an hour and called 3 times for the shuttle. Each time I was told it would be at the pickup point in 10 minutes. The shuttle drove by once in that time and didn’t stop long enough for me to cross the sidewalk before it left. In the time I waited I saw the other airport hotel shuttles go by 3 times and two of them four times. When I was finally picked up it took less than 10 minutes to reach the hotel. Neither the person I called nor the front desk could explain where the shuttle was in all that time. After 20 hours of travelling I was not expecting to wait for a shuttle. Given that the other hotels were able to provide a consistent service I can’t see the value of staying at this hotel.
