I totally understand that working the night shift is not easy. However, the receptionist on the support line was not very compassionate nor helpful when our flight was delayed. I do not expect people to bend over backwards, but I had called ahead from the plane and let her know that we might be a minute or two late for the shuttle. This person was not only unhelpful, but rude and refused to ask the driver to wait for a minute or two longer. Bed’s were very comfy and clean. But room was quite run down.
