Property not near Shinjuku station. Need to walk 15 minutes. Outside of my room always has some noise. Theirs is a maintenance room beside my room, not sure the noise from there? When I booked the room online via Expedia.com. I booked twin bed 2 adults. However I only received 1 adult breakfast. So I needed to paid 5 days breakfast for others.

The room was spacious and the air conditioning was very quiet. The annex is a separate building from the main hotel. There were complimentary toiletries in the lobby such as facial sheet madks, cleanliess oil, lotion etc.

I really enjoyed our stay at the Washington Shinjuku hotel. It was a clean, comfortable, centrally located place for our stay. There are many services right there, and everyone was helpful whenever we needed something.

Although the room is small, the layout works. We traveled with backpacks so it didn’t take up much space but if you are traveling with suitcases it will block the walk way or the small space next to the bed. Having a private bathroom was a priority for us. It had everything we needed. Only time we spoke to staff was to check in, very friendly. Although there is an entrance to the train station very close it is a bit of a walk to the actual train. Less than a 5 min walk to a Lawsons, Family Mart, MiniStop and a 7-Eleven.

This hotel was approximately a 10 min walk from the main shinjuku station. My stay was 10/10. Very near tokyo metropolitan building. Convenient for airport bus (to and from narita airport); just right across the main hotel (annex is connected to the main hotel). Would recommend to friends and family and would come back again.

Had a nice stay. Price per night was satisfactory. Room was clean, small but just fine for mine and my wife’s needs, we stored 3 pieces of luggage in the room. We made use of the hotels coin laundry on our final night which was convenient. Staff was pleasant on check in. Pretty convenient location in Shinjuku area. It was a 5 - 6 minute easy walk to the LOVE statue, where is where our two Viator day tours departed from. 10ish minute walk to Shinjuku Station which has connecting trains to Tokyo Station which is where the bullet trains go if you’re traveling to other cities. A few nice breakfast places nearby. Only inconvenience I’d mention was the lack of air conditioning. They had an air purifier, and a fan that circulated room air, but it was 26 C and humid in the room all three nights of our stay in September. Also didn’t love that the website claimed air conditioning was a feature when it wasn’t.
