We stayed at the hotel for 4 nights. Really nice and clean place and great stuff. The room was very nice and cozy. We are traveling with two kids, so it was great having a small fridge, plate and a washer. There is a subway station 5 mins away and Tokyo station is 10 mins away driving.

Very good location in a nice area close to metro station. Quiet. Great personal check-in and checkout. Staff lovely. Coffee downstairs in reception was a welcome advantage. Well appointed apartment though small. Hard to find room to fit our luggage and move around the bed, other features all good. Balcony with plenty of air and light is great. Washing machine great too.

We had a wonderful stay at Section L Ginza East. The area is very walkable, with easy access to trains. We loved having an in-unit washer and all the fully equipped, apartment-style amenities. The staff even helped us call a taxi on our last day and insisted on assisting us outside in the rain with our luggage. Everyone was so kind, always going above and beyond. I would definitely recommend staying here on your next trip to Tokyo.

We stayed at Ginza East and Hatchobori Section L hotels at the beginning and end of our trip to Japan. The small units are perfect for a family or business stay, equipped with kitchen and washing machine/dryer. Comfortable, clean and quiet. The staff are friendly, speak multiple languages, helpful and really make sure your stay is perfect. For a more affordable and high end stay in Tokyo I highly recommend Section L!

Perfect spot for me and my partner, good amount of space so you don’t feel cramped into small area. It has great food options nearby and 2 train stations. Staff was super helpful and nice. Loved the amenities and the washer/ dryer inside so I didn’t have to overpack on clothes for my vacation. Will definitely come back again next time im in Tokyo

We had a good stay at Section L Ginza East. The Ginza shopping area and Tsukuji market were decent walks. Subway is only a block away. The place itself is clean, well equipped and spacious enough. The unit had complete dining and kitchen facilities. Bathroom was nice and one can even do laundry.

Property was a little hard to find as there wasn't clear signage. Rooms had steps in them so it wasn't easy to move luggage in and out of the room. Electrical outlets were also not placed in convenient locations for charging devices or connecting the kettle to boil water. Cups were placed in cupboards high up, a little hard for a 5 footer to retrieve. Other than that, facilities were great, service was excellent and helpful. I have stayed at other Section L aparthotels and didn't have the same issues.

Great stay, 15mn walk from Tokyo train station and from Ginza luxury streets. Many restaurants around with supermarkets 7-eleven. Friendly staff, speaking english.

Everything you need for your stay in one convenient location. Check-in/check-out is easy with staff to provide assistance. Kitchen is well-equipped with cookware, plates, utensils, stovetop, mini-oven, toaster, microwave, kettle, and fridge. Bathroom has shower/tub combo with separate toilet and sink area. Also, has a washer and dryer (the entire shower/bathroom is a dryer. We dried our clothes in there no problem. Just had to translate the proper settings). Bed is comfortable. TV was nice to have - we didn’t use it since we were out and about all day. Hotel has umbrellas for borrowing on rainy days. Front lobby has coffee/tea. We did not do happy hour and heard it’s a nice added touch. Staff were very polite, thoughtful, and helpful. Will definitely stay here again!
