The Whole Truth
Here are the straight facts that will be helpful.
1). Very small, like very very small. While we were only three people, so it was fine, but if we had a person in each bed? That would have been way too many people sharing a single place.
2) not a single bed can handle two people.
3) kitchen is too small to actually cook but good enough to make coffee or tea in the morning.
4) very easy access to subway system.
5) several stores or places to eat, get coffee, etc within a 2 minute walk.
6) Very quiet neighborhood so easy to sleep.
7) house has very good water pressure in the shower.
8) heaters in house work very well in the winter time.
9) has a washing machine but no dryer but left close out to dry over night and worked well.
10) I would book again.
This place is very plain, no views, not a single luxury item, small but it is clean, quiet and in a nice neighborhood and was a good location to get the train to just about any location in Tokyo, overall it fit our needs well.

사진에 보이는것과 다르게 방이 좁고 2층 올라가는 계단이 너무 가파른거 빼고는 외부 소음도 없고 너무 편하게 지내다왔습니다.
무인임에도 불편한점 필요한점을 말하면 바로 해결해 주는점도 좋았습니다.
