Having a washer / dryer in the suite was a huge bonus. Facilities were clean, well-appointed and we appreciated the breakfast and coffee downstairs. With only 2 Nespresso pods and 2 empty slots and being told that we couldn't get any until the next day (without an extra charge) was a disappointment. A small thing, but a customer service miss that reduced a 5-star to a 4-star rating.

Hotel was lovely. We liked the fact that we had our own washer/dryer as well as our room look into the Tokyo tower which is 5-10 min walk from the hotel. These a lovely small restaurant bistro chick opposite the road which we recommend to try. Hotel has his own cafe where you can have breakfast. My own negative comment is that breakfast finishes 9.30 am which it would open until 10 am. Staff speaks good English. Shibuya crossing is about 20 min taxi ride.

The main problem is the air conditioner is directly above the bed and aimed at the bed. There is a smell and it’s just uncomfortable for the AC to be so close to the bed. Got sore throat from leaving AC on. Location is not that convenient since its far from all the tourist spots.
