Conveniently located next to a subway station and in close proximity to Tokyo Station. A good variety of options available at Breakfast and staff is super friendly. Complimentary skin / hair care samples available for giest use.
Very nice and convenient hotel, steps away from the train station, and with a konbini on the main floor for food and toiletries. Also, the staff was very helpful, as we arrived for check-in rather late (about 10.30 pm) and the online booking somehow had a mistake, but they quickly sorted out the problem and gave us another room, large and clean. I cannot comment on other amenities, since we stayed at the hotel pretty much just to sleep, but it was a great stay
Great introduction to Tokyo. Large room. Well appointed. Comfy bed. Would have been appreciated if just one English speaking TV news channel was available.
It's a beautiful hotel located very conveniently in front of a station so travel was easy. Supermarket is super close by and the lobby has a complementary amenities bar in case you forgot something. The coffee bar doesn't open till late, but a hotel next door has a coffee bar that opens early and is great. The beds are a bit stiff for a side sleeper, but everything else was excellent.
This is a nice hotel. Everything is well kept and clean. Staff are excellent. However, it is nothing special. During our family vacation, we stayed at 5 different accommodations in Japan and this one was our least favorite. Again, there was nothing negative that stood out that gave us a poor experience, but also definitely nothing special that stood out in a positive way either.
The family room was fantastic! Nice breakfast, right across from train station, close to both Tokyo station and the Disney area. Would absolutely stay again.
Hotel was nice. Located in what I would say is an industrial area. It was safe and quiet area though. We did have noisy neighbors but overall it was nice. Breakfast was good. There is a grocery store very close by and a Lawsons. I would stay there again.
