The room was lovely - decent size and we appreciated the separate toilet from the shower. Wonderful view that we enjoyed immensely of the temple and we appreciated the opportunity to go up on the roof to view Skytree etc without the crowds of other places. Only minor criticism was that the mattresses slipped around on the base and it was a bit frustrating. Other than that, would definitely recommend and stay here again!
This hotel was less than 10 minutes from the train station. It was very quiet and the staff were very friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend staying here.
The hotel was not clean when we arrive I found a used tooth brush tucked right next to our bed. It was so gross. Staff was Terrible too especially the day when we checked in the girl at the reception didn’t allow my son to go upstairs in the room just because my reservation didn’t include two kids. I am never staying at this property or would recommend it to anyone else.they are just hyped cause some idiot social media influencer stayed there and posted on TikTok.
The room is nice and tidy! Space is limited but they make use of every single space. The view is amazing and we can directly see the Skytree tower through the window.
This hotel offers an excellent location, providing a comfortable and inviting atmosphere. The children particularly enjoyed the room's unique blend of traditional and modern design elements. The staff consistently demonstrated exceptional friendliness and professionalism. Its proximity to various restaurants and shopping establishments, all within a seven-minute walk, along with convenient access to the metro, makes it an ideal choice. We highly recommend this establishment for anyone visiting this district.
Spotless facility, comfortable room; and I loved the location! Right across the street from Asakusa Shrine, with tons of places to eat just a short walk away. Asakusa Station is about a 3 minute walk, another plus. And very friendly staff to boot! I’d stay there again.
Cleanest room we have stayed in so far, like new! I love the techie hands off aspect & their eco friendliness. Views were fantastic! Wish we could’ve stayed a few more nights :)

Liked: Cleanliness, amenities
This was the first hotel we stayed at during our 2 week trip to Japan, and it really set the bar high for all our other hotels. This hotel is a short walk from the Asakusa train station and one corner away from the famous Sensoji temple. The room was amazing - the style was beautiful and the bed was very comfortable. Just enough space for my partner and I. In the morning and evenings we would visit the rooftop to watch the sunrise or watch the city at night. A truly beautiful sight to see with the Tokyo sky tree along the horizon. The food options were great, and the self-serve kiosk was easy to follow and understand. I wish I had known how amazing this hotel would have been, as I would have tried my hardest to book other Hoshino resort hotels around Japan for the rest of our trip. I will never forget this hotel! It was our absolute favourite!
If I could give this 4.5 stars I would. Location was a breeze to get to from Asakusa station. Pretty swanky looking hotel. Amenities included pajamas and slippers to use and some toothbrushes in the lobby. We booked a city view twin room that was marvelous and a YAGURA Room which was just meh. It had a musty odor to it that we couldn't seem to eliminate. No window to view as it is frosted and behind the bed. Sleeping in the bed was a bit stuffy as it was a bottom bunk. And don't think you can actually sleep on that top pad. Its a small square and a bit firm. We thought we could put one of our kids up there to sleep. Hotel wouldnt grant us extra sheets to put on the sleep pad because "it's a one bed room". Ok sure. Strict on the 3pm check in as well. The lounge was amazing- buy what you want for a quick breakfast & beautiful views where we were able to hear/watch Senso-Ji morning bell being rung at 6am.
The room was clean and well supplied, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the location was great. We loved the roof cafe and views. The only negative is that the rooms are very small with very little storage space for clothing. We basically had to pack and unpack every time we wanted to get dressed. I think that would make it hard to have a long stay at this hotel.
