Experienced price gouging during check-in. Because there was a problem whilst booking the room online I could only book the double room for one person. When I arrived I let them know straight away. Even though the price for two adults for my booking would be less then $3 more, they charged me over $30 . We were forced to pay or otherwise lose all our money to go somewhere else. I think it is morally wrong and unethical. On top of this the room was not properly cleaned - there was dust all over the walls which my wife and I were forced to clean especially given my asthma. I won't be staying at any of their hotels again.
I do not normally do these reviews but find it helpful to share my experiences. The hotel staff was excellent. Most spoke english and were all so helpful. The hotel was very clean and so were the rooms. I did not know the hotel offered a daily complimentary breakfast. The food was above average. The hotel was very close to 2 different stations AND the main JR Tokyo Station. They also offered a complimentary shuttle service to the JR Station (it would be about a 15 minute walk). The location was very close to various convenience stores and restaurants. If I would give this place any negative remarks, perhaps it would not be the hotel itself, rather the eateries nearby. Not a whole lot of selection. Most that were near, either they spoke very little english or turned us away because we were a large group (8) and had 2 kids.
Good functional hotel for business. Small rooms, basic facilities, good location.
I only watered overnight at this hotel. It was everything it should have been. No problems getting there and the staff and room were top notch. Two problems only, no WiFi in the room, and a little more than it should have been. Otherwise a great place to stay anytime.
Really good location but room is to much small. It's just business hotel.
Spotlessly clean room which, although small, is quite fuctional for two people for one week. Staff is very helpful and reasonably fluent in English. Breakfast is very good although unusual for western people. Location is very good and five minutes from subway and about a 15 minute walk from Tokyo Station. There are a number of small, resonably priced restaurants, within a couple of blocks for dinner. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to my friends.
Hotel and room were very clean. Not the biggest rooms, but this isn't the ritz. Would have been very tight if we were hanging out in the room all day, but that was not the case, perfect for sleeping. Staff was very friendly and super helpful. Wouldn't think twice about staying here again. Very easy to find of the Metro as well.
The staff was very friendly and very helpful
