Room was small even by Japanese standards but comfortable. Staff were very pleasant and helpful Breakfast was adequate but not ideally placed as you are essentially in the hotels entry lobby. Location was good and the price reasonable for the offering

Lovely hotel that was in a good location to explore Tokyo. The room was small but had everything you needed. Recommend putting your bag or phone on a table before you get your breakfast as one morning there were no tables left to sit

We book this hotel because it had a very good price and it was located at the first stop of the Monorail that takes you to Haneda Airport. It was a great choice. The room was pretty small but the bed was comfortable and the room was silent. This is once the door was closed, the hallways were incredibly noisy from the roads/trains outside but once you closed the door, it was like if nothing was going on in the streets. The bed was next to the wall, which means that the person sleeping inside would have trouble getting out of bed without disturbing the other person. Breakfast was a bit boring but it was open for quite a long time and it was decent.

We travel to hamamatsucho station via yamanote line from Haneda International airport terminal . It is very convenience and less than 20mins. We reached around night time . We are very surprise that it is crowded in peak hour (morning). If you reach from hamamatsucho station . please exit from south entrance . There is a exit near the toilet and train staff office. It is located at basement / ground level and got elevator access . Otherwise you need to walk through the trade centre . If you want to travel around the tokyo . Mostly will be using daimon station. hamamatsucho station got JR line and got trains to international airport. Staff - Very polite and greet the guests Room : - No compliment mineral water inside the room . You can buy from vending machibe which located at hotel ground floor near elevator. Mineral water about 110 yen. if u want cheap mineral water goto my basket supermarket - No issue on cleanness - Got a special bottle which it helps to remove / eliminate ...... Every day, we back from outside, and those cigarette smell / BBQ aroma fall on our jacket . Please dont bring this special bottle back home - Iron board and iron is available . - Pillow is small but we have no issue on that . - TV channels ( at least 10 channels) . if u want more and special channel ( pls buy that card from the machine which located at every level . Small blue box) - Mini refrigerator is available - There are NO SAFE inside the room Toiletries: - Do read behind the room door and look at magnetic labels . Please paste it outside the room door. Otherwise , everyday u will receive alot of toiletries bag. Dining Hall: - There are limited seats available. - Working class tend to eat around 8:15am to 8: 45am - There are no seats at main lobby . Hence alot of hotel guest tends to seat at dinning area and Hoarding the place . End up is rowdy and no chance for other diner for thier meal. Breakfast: - Basic compliment breakfast - Please dont place your breads inside the toaster / over more than 3mins. i saw some guests consumed char breads ;(. - If you expect more varieties food on the table . please remember that what you pay is what you get . Dont expect alot from it . There are some hotels didnt come with compliment breakfast. Place to eat and shop ( near hotel) : - Pls goto daimon station area . Fast food restaurant and drug / (medicine store around there. Distance about 15mins to 20 mins - if u dont wish go so far . pls visit my basket supermarket which near the hotel . Mineral Water only less than 90 yens and Got reasonable bento set meal . ( location refer to picture ) . SUGGESTIONS To Hotel 1) Place a clock near the lobby so that guest know what is the timing. 2) Set up few corner seats near the wall for those solo guest . 3) Outside hotel Signboard please make it more visible . Otherwise guest thought that is office building . 4) Recycle effort need to improve. 5) Possible install mini safe inside the room.

Like most hotel in Tokyo this is small hotel which have so small room, It was hard to make a space for 2 luggage in the room, Clean room and toilet, double beds are also small, it is almost 7 min walk from hamamatsucho station and 12 min walk from Daimon station, We found its bit far from station after a tired day. It gives laundry machine service (self service), and if you want on demand videos you have to pay for video card , which include Hollywood movies and Japanese porn movies, Breakfast range is extremely small, Just 4 range of food, but its also hard to find breakfast in tokyo, Overall its average hotel, I will trying to stay different hotel in my next trip.

The room was very nice and the bathroom very clean and well stocked. Like the majority of hotel rooms in Japan, it is small and compact with space saving in mind. The toilet is the high end with front/back cleaning and a heated seat. The breakfast is adequate, nothing fancy or extensive. My only complaint is the food that is supposed to be hot (scrambled eggs, breakfast sausage), is luke warm at best, a trend all over Japan I find. This hotel is only a 8 minute walk to the Hamamatsucho train station (JR Line), or from Hinode Station (Yurikamome Line). I also recommend the DevilsCraft brew pub that is a 5 minute walk from this hotel (review also on Trip Advisor).

My girlfriend and I visited Tokyo in August 2016 and stayed at this hotel. Overall, I'd say the hotel was very clean, the staff were very helpful and friendly and the location was great in terms of access to transport links. A few small points for improvements are: although the breakfast was nice, we feel that a bit more food variety could be provided. Also there was little storage space in our room and we found ourselves living out of our suit cases a little. Overall a nice little hotel.

I was flying in late to Haneda from Ishigaki and leaving very early in the morning a few days later for a flight home also from Haneda so staying in Hamamatsucho made good sense. The room was fine for a solo traveller, the wifi was free and quick and the location was good for the station although the south exit from the station was closed when I arrived and I had to carry my luggage down a very, very long staircase. I have now done a full reccy and found a small entrance leading to a lift that will be open when I leave tomorrow. The hotel offers an included breakfast, but I have usually seen better at other Japanese business hotels. There was no view from my 9th floor window (anther Ville Fontaine I stayed at had a spectacular view of the shinkansen trains coming into the station) but the bed was a much better size than the singles sometimes on offer and everything was clean and reasonably well designed. The man on the front desk tried to be helpful when I had a package to post but failed. He rang a nearby company and sent me staggering out the door with my package only for me to find the shop front was closed. He apparently did not ask if they were actually open. He then did give me directions to the post office (which was further- the reason I had asked about other options) who were lovely and helpful. IME, usually Japanese hotels have been incredibly helpful about going the extra mile and certainly have posted parcels for me before. I don't know whether the difficulty here was the hotel policy or a simply an inexperienced employee.

This place is located close to Hammamatsucho bus terminal and Daimon station. There are lots of karaoke bars closeby. This is ideal for people who opt for group tours as the place is cheaper and close to the starting point of many one day trips. However, breakfast has very limited options and there is no restaurant in the hotel. There are some restaurants nearby but people don't seem to understand English well.

My self & my colleague stayed in this hotel on 26th April 2016 one night while on a business trip. This hotel was very clean and rooms too. It is about 10 minutes to near station. Only thing is they offered free breakfast which not that good but what more you could expect free. We booked rooms only. So offering a free breakfast is a plus point.
