We had an excellent stay at Hotel MyStays Ochanomizu Conference Center and would absolutely recommend it to anyone visiting Tokyo. • Exceptional Location: The location is perfect for navigating Tokyo. It sits right in the middle of three metro stations, all within a short 5-minute walk, giving you effortless access to the entire city. • Convenient Amenities: There is a 7-Eleven right across the street and multiple restaurants nearby. The hotel also features its own restaurant, which serves a delicious breakfast buffet at a very reasonable price. • Wonderful Atmosphere: The entire property smells fantastic, is exceptionally clean, and operates as a proper, formal hotel. • Friendly & Clear Service: The check-in process was smooth, and the staff were incredibly welcoming. They provided clear, comprehensive instructions for all hotel amenities and services. • Minor Communication/Pillow Issue: Our only complaint was that a couple of the pillows were uncomfortable. When we asked for replacements, the front desk informed us they did not have any extra pillows. It was a bit disappointing, though it may have been a slight English communication barrier, which is common in Japan. Despite the minor pillow issue, the cleanliness, convenience, and great staff make this hotel a great choice for Tokyo!

The hotel is quite nice. My only issues were that the shower curtain had a few spots on it and the air conditioning made the air so dry that I ended up getting tonsillitis from how dry my mouth got at night. However, they DO provide a humidifier

I was very surprised by this accommodation. I was expecting it to be extremely small and crammed. This one-bed accommodation is actually quite roomy for 2 ppl. You also have a sitting area with a small table, and a footstool! Minimart is attached to the hotel which is so convenient and they also have a restaurant that serves breakfast, lunch and dinner. Unfortunately I did not get to try the breakfast buffet and meals throughout my stay. Across the street they also have several dining options in the building like KFC (lol). Train stations are within walking distance. Such a great location!!!

I booked the superior double room for 4 nights, location is good, staffs are fantastic! It is an old hotel, thought the room has been renovated, the bath tub drain is slow, but not a big problem consider the price I pay, it still works, just turn the shower faucet not to maximum.

Very glad I booked this hotel!!! The service was excellent, the rooms were super clean and tidy, the breakfast buffet was good. There is a family mart right at the entrance so if you need a quick snack late at night you can get it there. I booked a double bed room and although the room was a bit small, it did what it needed to do!! The beds are hard and firm which is what how I like my bed. No outlets in the bathroom, but lots of body wash soap, shampoo, and conditioner. The room was great and truly sound proof. No major complain really. Definitely get the breakfast buffet with your reservation too. Not having to worry about finding breakfast was a major relief. Wish they had a lunch and dinner buffet option as well. Other than that, my only small complain is that the staff does not speak much English, which truly is not a requirement but it would have been a bit smoother. Other than that, this hotel is a solid 10/10 for the price you paying!
