The best hotel in Tokyo area

The staff, breakfast, room, cost of room, and amenities was superb. Amazingly excellent. I have no need to look for another hotel because of these reasons.

The hotel was nice and clean. The rooms were spacious. Easy to communicate with the staff since they spoke english. We were hoping to catch the hotel shuttle bus to the airport however, because we checked out late, we were unable to. Shuttle services to the airport are only until 11:30am. Fortunately, the train station was nearby and it was a quick train ride to the airport terminal. The hotel had a professional/business vibe to it so I personally felt like it wasnʻt the most "family friendly" hotel. But, overall, we had a great stay.

1 stop to airport by train since station just nearby. 30 mins train ride to Yokohama and about 45 mins to Tokyo city. But can’t use subway pass for all stations since is not at downtown. Hotel is new and clean, great view to see Mt Fuji during breakfast, also great view to see airport from room window. Limited choices for breakfast buffet, only 1 or 2 dishes changed each day. Rather boring for us who stayed 5 nights. Shops and restaurants closed early during weekends, but opened late for weekdays. Overall we like this hotel, will consider to stay again when we revisit Tokyo.
