Amazing location! Short walk to the train station, many excellent restaurants in the area. The house was welcoming and had everything you could want for a comfortable stay.

Kanae House was perfect for our family of 4! My kids loved that they each had their own room as they usually have to share while on vacation. And they absolutely adored the tatami room. Having the kitchen helped us save a ton of money and time by being able to eat a quick breakfast before heading out each day. We also loved the neighborhood. Quiet but with plenty of local restaurants and shops, and several kombinis and a pharmacy in easy walking distance. Make sure you check out the shopping street on the other side of the JR station, which is also in easy walking distance. We loved having this house as our home base during vacation! And bonus points to Kano for quickly responding to all my questions!

Check-in was smooth. I had to install an app on my smartphone for the lock, so I was not sure if I could have shared the key with my family.The kitchen was in good condition. There were supposed to be some instructions regarding when you can put out what type of garbage, but we couldn't find the instructions.One AC smelled bad, but all other rooms were old but clean.

The place was very nice, we had a wonderful time! A minor suggestion, we are wholly unfamiliar with Japanese trash system, so I suggest listing how/when for future guests!It was beautiful, thank you for the stay!

very spacious and well kept

Very nice house. Proximity to the JR Shin Koiwa station makes getting anywhere in Tokyo very easy. It’s about a ten minute walk. Host is excellent and communicates well. Very quiet neighborhood. If you can navigate the excellent Tokyo rail and subway system this is an excellent choice for your visit. I would not hesitate to book the Kanae House again.

Great residence just outside Tokyo proper

Great location and a very nice rental for vacation travel. The house is very accessible from the train station and the host was very helpful and courteous when we needed any assistance. The residence was furnished as advertised on the listing and was kept very clean and presentable. Great place to stay, host was friendly and easy to work with, would recommend and stay again in the future.

This is the way to stay in Japan

Our stay in Japan was great. This was an idea location close to the train stayion ann several stores. The house was very clean. I wupld definitely stay here again. Thanks for letting us stay in your home.
