Marriott Puebla Hotel Meson del Angel

Great... Except

I enjoyed my time here, great hotel. Except when we booked the hotel part of the reason we picked this hotel was for the wifi and tennis court. It says it has free wifi, but its ONLY IN THE LOBBY, you have to pay to have it in your room. And the tennis court is broken, and it looks to have been broken for a long time now. Still great hotel, just know these things before you book.

This is it!

Great hotel. Service is excellent. Clean!Clean!Clean! Very close to downtown (less than 10 minutes). The buffet is Ok but I think it’s kind of expensive (about 12 dollars). Other than that if you can afford it “this is it “.

Awesome experience!

My wife and i had a great experience! Since the moment we arrived they took our bags and made sure we were well taken care of. Few hotels in Puebla actually have multiple staff on site at night or even during the day. I have been to many and this is one of the best. I stayed for 3 days there and 2 nights we stayed in a normal room and asked the manager on site if he could show me the junior and master suites and he was happy to. I looked at both of them and i like the junior they both seem really nice. When i to upgrade my stay i was given the master suite for the price of the junior. My wife and i were happy! The food was awesome! The pool was a so clean and the whole place was nice. The master suite had a tub and with the whole room was really big. I talked to the general manager and i told him that i was having a great experience and that i know what customer service is because i own restaurants in the USA. I had a great experience and i will definitely be back! Thank you!
