the Breakfast was good, not many options, but very tasty.. The dinning room gets cold so get a blanket if you go there in a winter morning. Location is great to walk to the zocalo and have a drink or eat out. We stay in this hotel every time we visit family.

Dos veces mencione que tenia VIP access y me respondieron, que NO aparecia en su sistema, les ensene mi reserva y aun asi insistieron en que lo sentian mucho pero que NO tenian nada. There’s no AC. The toilet seat was old beat up. House keeping was terrible and took forever to clean the room! There’s no elevator and if you stay on the second floor good luck when you have to check out since bellhop doesn’t help at all!!
