"This is a really lovely property and I would give it 4.75 stars if it was an option. The rooms were super clean. The service was fantastic. The breakfast buffet was pretty good although we have had better in Thailand. But the staff were just incredible, so kind and friendly. The only reason I didn’t give five stars was the showers are not good - and after travelling 25 hours from Canada, I really just wanted a nice shower. The water pressure is weak. They were only lukewarm at best and the worst part is they leaked literally everywhere. The staff was really great about coming and cleaning it up, but still, it was a bit of a pain in the butt. That said it would not be enough to keep me from coming back the property as well located away from the crazy of Patong Beach - however if you are a late sleeper, be warned… You can hear the bass from the parties late into the night. It’s only a short walk to the main strip, but still feels away from it enough to find some peace. We really enjoyed it. "
