Anywhere but here

Booked 5 nights here as part of my sooo travel of Asia , I’m 19 and male. Left after one night due to being unable to sleep beacsue of noise and the surroundings. Patong beach was extremely crowded and filled with workers constantly trying to sell you stuff. The street right outside the hotel is horrible and absolutely packed with dodgy Thai Massage places where you get approached every couple of minutes. Didn’t receive any form of refund either after leaving the first night. Definitely wouldn’t recommend this hotel and especially Patong.

Very friendly staff at reception, efficient cleaning staff, quiet locale and close to all essentials. It's a good deal and should be considered if you're a budget traveler looking for a great stay.

Great Hotel for a good value

I had the joy to travel to Thailand. The hotel was in the middle of everything, so it was convenient. I’d enjoy the spacious room and had the jacuzzi as part of my booking. The upstair gym can use a bit of work, but you can be creative with your workouts and basically get every muscle you need to worked on in. I rarely use the gym since I’m on vacation so there was no need for it. You may think it will be loud since it is in the middle of everything, but it actually was not. I slept peacefully during my stay.

Nice little hotel in the middle of Patong beach

The hotel is located in a nice location in an alleyway and away from the crowd. It is not a fancy hotel but serves the purpose of the trip as you are not going to be spending a lot of time in the hotel room other than for sleeping. What I didn't like was that they charged a 4% surcharge on paying by credit card - I have never seen a hotel do a 4% surcharge on credit card. None of the hotels in Thailand did this.

The rooms are a bit dated and the shower has a curtain but the deluxe room I had for myself was massive. The TV also had Amazon, Netflix, etc included so no shortage of things to watch. The safe didn’t have instructions on how to use so I put in a code and it locked it but the manager the next day showed me how to use it. I paid £65/night for late December booking a couple of months ago. You can hear all the people downstairs in the bar talking and in the hallway but is away from the main hustle and bustle so you won’t be bothered by noise for there I didn’t get a great night sleep there but that may have been the jet lag Staff were helpful in part thanks to Google translate :)

Love the easy access to the room. Studio front of the Hotel. Although the Bar is a few steps from my room, I was still able to get some sleep. Cookie monster is loud, hahaha. All the ladies working from each shift were very kind and helpful. Definitely would book again.

Loved it!

This place is awesome. We loved our experience. Room was huge and filled with art. Had everything we needed! Most importantly the staff was phenomenal. They made us feel like family so quickly. I only have wonderful things to say about them! One note, the bed was on the firmer side as is common in Asia, but that did not affect our enjoyment at all. Highly recommend staying here.

Everything seemed fine with this place for a budget stay but I was a rip off. If you stay here, please do not trust the bartender Cookie. She comes off as friendly but snakes you for money and runs up your tab. It makes sense why their bar never closes. Major no for this place if you have trust issues. But if you stay away from their bar/services, this place has good Wi-Fi. Overall, this place left me with a bad perception of Phuket. Karma works though.
