Loved our stay here! We received a complimentary upgrade to a bigger room that had a private access to the pool. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful and the room was spotless with comfortable beds. They have an app to allow for easier communication which was very convenient for anything we needed. The location is great because it’s a few minutes away from a lot to do and a ten minute walk away from the beach. BYD felt like a home away from home and I would definitely stay here again if I wanted to be close to Patong again.

Apartment was amazing with everything you can ask for staff where geaat would have been 5 stars if wasn't for the breakfast service the staff spent all the time with a few agrumentive customers and forgot about everyone else the cold food and sausages very under cooked

The rooms are spacious and clean and nice. The breakfast is good but typically the same daily with lots to choose from. Property is near everything and so many shops right on the same street.

Amazing stay! The hotel was extremely clean, well-maintained, and very comfortable throughout our visit. The staff was professional, friendly, and always happy to help with anything we needed. The location is perfect — close enough to easily get everywhere, yet far enough from the noise, allowing for peaceful and quiet nights. We will definitely come back and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great balance of comfort, service, and tranquility.

Phuket at it's Phinest!

I could not recommend this place more highly. A quick 5 min. walk to the beach and everything Patong has to offer. The apartment was the perfect size and comfort, with a balcony, living room, kitchen, and all the comforts of home. I was met with a lovely cold towel and delicious lavender drink at check-in! The service was excellent - they dropped my bags in my room while I was out exploring the town. They checked on me multiple times to ensure I was having a great experience and I was thrilled each day to have a great place to come back to. I will absolutely stay here again, and you should too!

Loved everything about the BYD particularly the staff. It’s in a lovely quiet part of Patong but close to everything. The food in the restaurant is excellent and the breakfast is also good. There is also great massage places all around. Easy walk to the beach. This is our second stay. The rooms are lovely and big and the TV has all the streaming services. I highly recommend the BYD - you won’t be disappointed.

Wonderful Place to Stay

I enjoyed my stay here; the staff upgraded my loft to one with a better view. The loft was very clean, spacious and comfortable. The location is tucked away off the main street but still conveniently located. The staff was very helpful, and the hotel has a great bar/restaurant right next to the lobby. It's also very quiet here, I was very happy with my stay.
