We had a wonderful family stay at this apartment-hotel which is centrally located in the heart of Patong barely a few minutes walk to the beach with everything happening around it. Our 2-bedroom apartment was massive and grand with every creature comfort supplied. The staff is attentive and courteous. Loved our stay here! We received a complimentary upgrade to a bigger room that had a private access to the pool. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful and the room was spotless with comfortable beds. They have an app to allow for easier communication which was very convenient for anything we needed. The location is great because it’s a few minutes away from a lot to do and a ten minute walk away from the beach. BYD felt like a home away from home and I would definitely stay here again if I wanted to be close to Patong again.
