"Below average service at breakfast. Twice our orders were forgotten. Coffee and tea were served in cups. For a hotel of this standing it really should be served in pots. At breakfast, although there are a lot of staff available it doesn't feel at all coordinated.
Souk: Excellent service and good food.
Samiana: Very good service and below average food
Poolside: Very slow service and average food. Staff friendly.
Concierge and taxi: Excellent
I used to be a food and hotel critic for a well known international company. The hotel, I feel, is trading on style over substance.
