Went for my son's wedding and had family meet us there so we could all go to the church together, management knocked on door and made us all leave saying we couldn't have visitors in room. Family said they would leave and not come back but manager said "no everyone has to leave as we might sneak them back in." We told him we paid for two nights up front and he said he would refund one night. We got there at 4:30 am and he made us leave at 11:30. Wouldn't even hardly give us time to get our things, just kept saying he was calling police! We weren't even being loud. Said "no visitors allowed". The only sign about visitors was in the lobby and stated no visitors after 9pm. Will not stay there again!
The bed was comfortable and the room was clean and updated (except for the fixtures like the faucet, tissue box cover and metal clothes rack which were old and rusted which made it feel dirty). It was a little disappointing because overall the room was clean which is very important to me. The owner was friendly and helpful. The breakfast consisted of coffee and juice, cereal, danishes and hot oatmeal. It was definitely a decent room for the price.
Very nice place. Staff was very pleasant and helpful. There was no carpeting (nice!) and a table and chairs. Room and bathroom were clean. Only problem was we like to walk after driving all day. No sidewalks and was difficult to walk in neighborhood.
Visited this location during our most recent vacation. Front desk clerk was super helpful and efficient. Room was above average for this chain. Exterior of location well kept. Very clean. Comfy bed. We skipped breakfast so no comment there. Within walking distance of several places to eat. Very pleased with our short stay there.
We checked in on Friday night. when we got in the room we noticed that some of the channels were going in and out. I called front desk the man said they were trying to fix it. We went out came back, we could only get 2 channels hgtv and one that was playing old star trek. When i woke up the next morning none of the channels were working. I called front desk again the lady said the owner was fixing the problem. It never did get fixed when we came back from lunch they had a sign saying no t.v. service on the front desk. but because we had paid for both days upfront we couldn't get our money back and go somewhere else. They also wouldn't give us a discount or anything we spent 2 days with no entertainment at all except each other. good thing my husband is hilarious. Breakfast - don't expect much at all, coffee & juice to drink. then to eat the had some old slices of bread. 2 cereals and very small danishes. the 2nd morning i went in and there was a family inside there was nothing left to eat. The only plus side is this motel is very clean I mean spotless.
This motel isn't much to look at on the outside. Really it's the color of nicotine stained walls and I expected it to stink, but it didn't. We really enjoyed our night. The room was much nicer on the inside than the outside would lead you to believe and it is right across the street from Wal-Mart which is very convenient.
This place was clean enough and surrounded by plenty of places to eat. Rooms do not have carpet and that is a plus. Room had a table with two chairs which was good for trip planning. This was our second stay here and the only negative thing this time was that our room was on the backside. There is no parking on that side so you can not have your car outside your room. It's kind of strange and your room faces a fence and the backside of a strip mall. Bargained priced and friendly staff.
The location is along the busiest street but surrounded by all kind of restaurants. This hotel has a big bed and clean room, good wifi, friendly staff and the breakfast is oke. There is also a laundry. We had a good sleep.
I rate this very good because it was a nice stop after a long drive, (We had driven here from Knoxville, TN that day.) The people here are polite and very helpful. The place is kept very clean. No pets are allowed. The breakfast is very simple. The drawbacks were the air conditioner in our room was a bit loud and our mattress was softer than I prefer. I rate it very good though because the price is very budget friendly.
Arrived dead tired and cranky after driving 300+ miles, only to meet a smiling Tanesha who checked me into a first floor room as requested online. Frequent flier number and AAA discount transferred with my reservation. The room was clean, the bed comfortable, the wifi speedy.... but the ice machine was kaput. Sigh. More driving for me, but thankfully I have a cooler for ice. Checked out this AM with a smiling gentleman in coveralls who'd been working on the ice machine. (Sorry y'all--I took the last cold, withered pastry at 0830...) Could have been a bum experience, but super friendly customer service saved the day. I'd give it another roll if I passed through again.
