Located directly on the Hillsborough River in the Riverside Heights section of Tampa Florida, this private studio guest house\cabana is poolside to a newly renovated in ground pool. The boat dock has astonishing views of the downtown skyline. At night the skyline lights up the sky in the most romantic way. The guest house is settled among rich foliage such as birds of paradise palms rose bushes banana trees...in a quiet residential neighborhood. Just a walk away from "Riverwalk" and all of the downtown Tampa amenities including some of the best restaurants and of course "Armature Works" (a cooperative of many mini restaurants located in a restored brick manufacturing complex). There is a large flat screen smart TV and free WiFi. The lighting, furnishings and decor are primarily Mid-Century Modern with a slight nod to the Arts & Crafts Era by way of an authentic Arts and Crafts Era leaded glass window. The refrigerator freezer will be stocked with ice. There is pretty much everything you'll need to make your stay in Tampa comfortable and happy. The owner, Lee, will be a cell phone call away to answer any questions or to help make suggestions on dining...or to arrange a private fire in the fire pit. This studio type guesthouse is 100% completely cleaned - including the shampooing of the carpet after each and every visit. This guesthouse is located just about 10-15 minute drive from the TPA airport and just a few miles to Raymond James Stadium. Tampa hosts ride shares such as Lyft and Uber and the city has electric scooters available as well.

For entertainment, guests can expect to find TVs. Private pools, kitchens, and patios are also standard. Limited housekeeping is available.
