Guest Access:

Guests have full access to the entire home, including the porch, fenced yard, basketball ring stand, dining area, fully equipped kitchen, laundry facilities, and all indoor and outdoor amenities. Please note that this is a studio unit connected to a main house, but you will have full privacy during your stay.

As these circumstances are beyond our control, we are unable to provide refunds for any related



🚼Pack ’n Plays must be requested in advance and are subject to availability. As these items are shared across our units, we kindly ask that you request one at the time of booking to confirm availability.

Interaction with guests



PLEASE NOTE:

- Additional supplies may be available conditionally, but we cannot guarantee anything. If you run short, there are plenty of nearby stores to purchase more supplies! The towels provided are intended for approximately the first 3 days of your stay. If you need to refresh them, you’re welcome to use the in-unit washer and dryer, or the laundry facilities available on the property (please note that laundry fees may apply). For stays of 5 nights or longer, you may request replacement towels, and we’ll do our best to provide them based on availability.



✓ ITEMS LEFT BEHIND. If a guest leaves personal items behind and requests their return, they are responsible for a $25 service fee plus packaging and shipping costs. We are not responsible for any loss or damage to left items once the guest has departed.
