This newly built 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom modern duplex offers the perfect balance of comfort, style, and convenience. Ideally located just minutes from downtown Tampa, you’ll be close to the city’s best dining, attractions, and nightlife—perfect for families, business travelers, or weekend explorers.
Whether you’re here for work or play, this home is designed to make your stay stress-free and memorable!

The Space:
Step inside to a bright, spacious open-concept layout with warm natural light and modern finishes throughout. The cozy living room invites relaxation, while the fully equipped kitchen is ready for any meal—from a quick breakfast to a family dinner. The dining area comfortably seats your group, creating a welcoming space for conversation and connection.

-Bedroom 1 (Master Suite): King-size bed, Private balcony—perfect for enjoying your morning coffee or evening breeze, Spacious closet and ensuite access
-Bedroom 2: Queen-size bed, Comfortable bedding and ample storage
-Bedroom 3: Two full-size beds, Ideal for families or friends traveling together
(There is a sofa bed that can sleep 2 in the living room)

🧸 Pack ’n Play and children’s booster seat available upon request (please let us know in advance).

-Bathroom 1 (Master Ensuite): Modern walk-in shower, Vanity with plenty of storage, Fresh towels and toiletries provided
-Bathroom 2 (Shared): Shower/tub combo, Fully stocked with hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash

-A few trash bags + 1 in the bin upon arrival

You’ll receive a door code for the smart lock on the front door. Your code will be sent the evening before arrival for smooth, contactless check-in.
