I made my reservation online and I specifically requested the Temple Terrace eastern building, because it advertised free breakfast, Upon arrival, I was told my assignment was in the western building, where amenities are fewer. In that building I encountered only one staff during my stay. While she was helpful, she couldn't manage the entire property. For example, someone had vomited directly in front of the main entrance. People had to walk around it for hours. It was finally cleaned up in the middle of the night. Fortunately the room was within easy walking distance of a Bob Evans restaurant. At least the bed was clean and comfortable.

There was a roach in the bathroom that I had to kill when I arrived in the room. I’m also glad I brought my own cleaning products because the handles and such sure needed a good wipe down. One great thing was the front desk worker named Will was the best. He was very attentive, considerate and accommodating. Very genuine and made me feel welcomed. He is a huge part of why I will be coming back to that hotel. Hospitality goes a long way.

Excellent location with great staff

Been a very pleasant stay so far and have more nights to go. Will at the front desk is extremely helpful and has no problem helping to explain things. Staff has been all friendly and caring. Would definitely stay again and have no issues recommending this location to others.
