The staff at Randolph was amazing. My husband had a medical emergency and we needed a place to stay after his discharge. Front desk went above and beyond to get us in a room when we were having credit card issues. They were genuinely concerned about his health and thankful for his service in the military. Large comfortable bed with a nice quiet night!

Hotel appears to be in the middle of rennovations: hallways had all baseboards removed, pool was drained and not available, THERE WAS NO HOT WATER in room, and heat for room was provided by a portable heat unit. The hotel may be better in future, but at least for 2026 we recommend avoiding it.
