The Young woman that checked us in was very pleasant and made me feel welcome.
Took over an hour to check in… 1st room nothing worked. Took another 30 minutes to change room, and nothing worked in that room either.
Complete filth everywhere from the parking lot, to hallways, to rooms. Nothing vacuumed or washed. Stains on every linen, horrible smell throughout whole place, saw a dozen actual cockroachs in our room, mold on walls, ceilings falling apart. I could go on and on. This place should be completely condemned. Not at habitable.
Not clean and no service
The property does not fit the description or photos. The property was run down. I stayed 2 separate nights. The first night the room was on the first floor and had mold issues and several damaged areas to the walls. And absolutely no towels in the room upon checkin. The shower head was broken off the wall so you had to hold the head to take a shower. That’s ridiculous. The next time I stayed, the room was on the second floor. This time it did have towels and less bad spots on the wall. However, the door didn’t even have a number as it was ripped off. And the door itself appeared to have been beat in before as it was extremely damaged around the lock area. The grass has not been mowed in weeks. The fire extinguisher boxes had no fire extinguishers in them. And there was several concrete areas on the buildings structure that were coming apart. I’m sure that the building is structurally unstable in some areas. I will not stay there again. And neither should you.
The room we stayed in was horrible . The carpets in the entire room were soaking wet ! And the smell wax so bad. As soon as you opened the door you could smell it and after a few minutes it started to burn your throat . I would not recommend this hotel to anyone

It was extremely disgusting I did not end up staying there I canceled my room and left and went to another hotel. There was food all outside that’s been outside for awhile. Parts of windows and doors coming off. It was so uncomfortable it looked like there would be mice, it didn’t look like the pictures. But price wasn’t bad but it wasn’t for me.
Check in the toilet was plugged only one pillow on the bed, we were moved to a room with no towels. Horrific experience
The shower/bathtub had crusty yellow - use your imagination - gunk on the floor with multiple layers of bathtub rings. Really gross. Didn't shower. Checked under the mattress for bedbugs - didn't find any so I stayed but wouldn't stay again. Desk staff polite.
The rooms were clean, and having requested a smoking room, I expected some residual odor, there was none. My guest and I were very pleased. I will return again.
Poor customer service
The phone in the room didn't work nor did the TV work using the remote. Had to manually push buttons to find a channel. They have only one elevator for the entire bldg, very inconvenient as my room was way at the other end of the bldg and on the 2nd florr, I am handicapped.
The staff are very friendly and go out of there way to accommodate you.
The Staff is nice and the rooms are clean and quiet.
