From the moment we arrived everything was handled with professionalism. The staff were very accommodating and friendly. Cannot fault this hotel and we thank everyone for a positive visit at this time of the year.

The room was clean, the hotel is close to most things. The only annoying thing was the sound of doors banging from before 7am. Not sure if it was staff or other guests, but a bit more sleep would have been great. Otherwise no complaints

We arrived early and were told our room would be ready at 3pm. I paid in full for the 4 nights we had booked. We returned to the hotel at 4 to find there was no room for us! ....we'd already paid in full that morning. We were put up in a different hotel that night and returned the next day. We were upgraded which was a nice gesture however i wonder why the room availability wasnt noticed when i paid in full in the morning. The breakfast buffet was very poor quality. The hot items were not hot and many items ran out and we had to ask for more. More dtaff in the breakfast room might help.
