Hotel is in a great location for easy access to the ANZ stadium and other Olympic Park attractions. The staff are super friendly and always happy to help. The rooms are very clean and provide all necessary amenities for different length stays. Overall a great place to stay and I will definitely stay again.
Hotel is located away from the main restaurant stretch. Limited basement car park lots available. Bed was very bouncy and feels like a water bed when your partner moves. Pillows don't provide proper support. Frying pans desperately need replacing. Otherwise apt was fairly clean but I would rather stay in Pullman which costs about the same and is a full serviced hotel.
If you need to stay at Olympic Park specifically then Quest is ok but it's not in the 'main hub'. It's about a 6-7min walk to the restaurants and stadiums. Quest itself was fine but nothing 'special'. We were in Studio Apt 203B which faces a contraction site at the back. The downfall to this is you hear the early morning reversing beebs of the trucks and general construction noise. This room was also just near enough to the elevators that you heard the sound of the elevators arrival on the floor every time. Staff were lovely - couldn't have asked for better service, just a really average hotel for the price you pay. If you want to be in the main Olympic hub (where the restaurants are), stay at the Novotel, Pullman or Ibis.
We paid $425 for 1 night in a basic 1 bedroom apartment. We were going to the ice hockey at Olympic Park and live out-of-town so Olympic Park Hotels are pretty much the only option. For that sort of money we usually get much nicer accommodation but we stayed due to the location.
I had some small issues all of which were resolved. The staff were all amazing, extremely helpful and friendly which made the atmosphere of the hotel very comforting the room was also amazing and spacious.
pick the hotel based on location but the staff provided great customer service, check in was simple and fast, they advised me regarding best food options to match my mood. I had been on the go for 14 hours (including a delayed flight) by the time I checked in and was so happy with the service I received.
My booking was made through a travel agent but I was given a choice of four hotels in the Sydney Olympic Park area as I was working in the area. Of the four Quest wasn't the cheapest but it seemed to have reasonable reviews online so I chose it for perceived value. I wasn't disappointed with my decision.
Having needed to join a business meeting at the last minute; my travel agent was able to book an apartment at Quest at Sydney Olympic Park, near our meeting venue. The room was clean, comfortable, and quiet and a good value.
Clean, Tidy and well appointed apartment. Have stayed on repeated occasions for business and found the comfort of the rooms and service of staff very consistent. Quite location with eating options close by.
Stayed for a multiple day dance competition held at the State Sports Centre. Easy 10 minute walk to venue, very close to everything Olympic Park. Beds were comfy, room was clean. Stayed on level 7 and it was quiet so sleep was good. Only thing I would say is get in early to the car park, we were later and missed the underground parking and had to park in the rain
