WE stayed one night after getting off plane and did not want to face 200 k drive after 11 hour flight. For the price we found it quite good .The reception and dining room have obviously had a recent update and look quite smart. The bedroom was fine for our needs, the bed was comfortable and the bathroom modern with good shower. Good big TV. Continental breakfast fine for $15. The only big problem was the lift has broken down and may take some time to fix. As we left suitcases in the car and only carried overnight bags up one level this was not a problem.

I stayed here for 4 nights in two adjoining rooms with 4 others. First thing we noticed was that the rollaway bed was not present. It was not a problem though, I called reception and spoke to Steven and he came, got the bed, set it up and brought extra towels and toiletries. His service was great. It is located on the Pacific Highway, there is no turning lane into it, so depending on which direction you come from, you will need to circle the block or do a U-turn. The rooms were basic but clean. They had microwaves, tea and coffee making facilities and a nice bathroom. The fridge has no freezer though. We had a nice stay and despite being on the highway, we didnt even notice the highway noise at all. The beds and pillows were also comfortable. My standard hotel review point: I dislike white towels.

Its OK for a night but dont expect too much. Other than the foyer, the place is classic 70's with new paint. Bed was comfortable and room quiet. Easy walk downhill to train and great pub up the street for dinner. Overall its OK but shop around beforehand for something newer at the same price.

I'm not safisfied with this hotel. Room let's say essential: no frigo bar, no water, minimal accessories, bad smell. In any case clean. Wi-fi not free of charge. Service poor and not "smart". Breakfast with poor choice too and completely self-service: you eat on the nude wooden table and you have to prepare it by yourself with knife, spoon, paper towel... Bah, minimal.

My room on 2nd floor was fine...noise wise. I was happy with check in, happy with room and happy with service. Happy with glad I like to find things out for myself and some people just need to stop complaining for the hell of it...service providers are human too and don't have to be upbeat entertainment at your disposal. As long as they do their job in a professional civil manner cut some slack...

Stayed here for business and was very impressed. Rooms were comfortable, food was great, service was outstanding. All the staff went above and beyond. The shuttle bus service saved us from getting lost and nights by the pool with a drink just fantastic. Will stay here again

we stayed here in the Queen room for 2 nights, the booking was made on the phone on the day of our stay, very easy. The room was clean and large, the bed was comfortable and the bedding clean. Sadly, they didn't have a room with 2 singles so I had to bring my own little camping mattress which they didn't mind, and the guy even gave me some sheets for it free of charge. Towels were clean and fluffy. The pool outside is very small but we were the only ones in it at 8pm... Sadly, the hotel allows smoking in its yard, next to the pool, and so our swim was spoiled somewhat by regular waftings of cigarette smoke from a guy who was sitting there with 6 beers, smoking non-stop and reading... The lift is a bit slow, and looks/feels very old... We were on the 4th floor and had a nice view. Parking was easy and free, with plenty of spots. Location is good but a pain to get to if you're on the other side of the highway... We wanted to have breakfast too, but I won't pay $15 for little boxes of cereal and white bread and cheese which I myself need to toast... I am not sure if there was anything else - that is all we could see on the counter... The staff were polite but didn't go out of their way to be helpful. The internet is not free unless you use the PC downstairs. The shower in the suite is very small, my tiny daughter and me had trouble fitting in there together... I loved the double blind on the window, which provides total darkness in the morning. Overall a nice place but nothing special.

We stayed at this hotel for 1 week over new year. The price was reasonable as it is a little further out of town which we were happy with, but there seems to be a lot of extras you had to pay for e.g. Wifi. We did pay for this and weren't impressed with the connection, it regularly would stop working. Tea and coffee were complimentary in the rooms but, when we moved down to the pool to let the room be serviced, we had to pay $4 for a cup of tea. Also felt the cost to use the laundry services were a bit steep. The rooms themselves were clean and comfortable and it was useful having microwave/plates/cutlery as we chose to get a takeaway one evening. The room was spacious and light and we had no trouble sleeping. It was very quiet and we were not aware of the movements of other guests. We only ate breakfast at the hotel once as we felt it was over priced for what it was. You got better value at one of the cafes down the road. Majority of the time staff were friendly but on check in we found the welcome to be a little frosty and had a couple of sarcastic comments made when asking questions about new Year and discussing our plans. The pool area was nice and clean. Could maybe consider some more comfortable seating for relaxing by the pool, rather than just tables and chairs.

We chose this hotel due to its location. & free parking. Sadly that was the best part of our stay. The hotel does not offer free wifi, except the restaurant. The restaurant & bar are not open on weekends. The rooms were ok, nothing great. The staff were inconsistent. Most of the time, they were not engaging & on one occasion, rude, especially when we asked for towels for the pool / gym. Breakfast was ok, but very simple (continental). We were aware of this, but other guests were not. For the price we paid (discounted), we could have got a much better place near Chatswood. The website needs to be much more clear about all amenities, facilities etc.

I stayed in this hotel for a business trip recently. It is in a great location and the staff are friendly. On my first night the elevator was broken and I was staying on 6 Floor. The staff helped me carry my bags up the stairs which was much appreciated. I then switched on the TV which would not switch off despite me trying to switch it off manually without the remote. In the end I crawled under the side table and pulled out the cords to try and get some sleep. Then the light kept switching on radomly throughout the night and I had to keep switching it off. I also had to pull the cords out. The staff did try and fix this but the issues continued to happen throughtout my 4 nights stay. This left me tired for my training sessions each day. The hotel is close to attractions and the train station but I would not reccomend it as a business traveller. Wifi is also at an extra cost.
