The staff were very helpful our 1st night we were next to the plant room which was very noisy. We asked for another room which was done. It was very quiet in 2nd room. The shower in the bath was very difficult for us as my husband has had - 2 hip replacements and I have had a shoulder reconstruction it was hard for us to manage. Otherwise everything else was very good

Was well located to event in Castle Hill. Room was just a standard hotel room but well presented with a comfortable bed and quiet. For the price it was expensive, plus having to pay additional $15 per night for parking made it an expensive stay.

Old style room. Out dated

Unfortunately this could be a great place to stay but the hotel room is out dated. The plumbing needs major attention. The TV needs updating and add more channels. The bathroom is a bathtub and not friendly to enter. The shower curtain/screen looked old -dirty and had a band aid stuck to it.

Enjoyed using the gym on site. Not hot enough to swim but the pool looked lovely. Staff were all very pleasant. Close to Metro and shops, and ample on sire parking.

Incredible property. The PM manager is phenomenal (wish I remembered his name). Beautiful spot, grounds are immaculate and room and dining is great. Would highly recommend - superb value!

The staff was simply amazing and professional. Very helpful with any request and accommodated us extremely well . The hotel rooms are a bit dated but everything was clean and tidy. The carpets had a bit of a musty smell .

Pleasant, rooms/bathrooms need renovating

Good welcome, quick check-in. Room was average-size, a little dated, but comfortable. Bathroom desperately needs refurbishment. See pics - stains in the tub, cracked soap dish, shower curtain dirty, bath mat broken and covered in mould. The last two points are simple & cheap fixes that would hugely improve the appearance before renovations are undertaken. Pool area pleasant, decent sized pool. Loud pipes, I think maybe someone was filling a bath and it was audible above TV. Also, hairdryer noise was loud, some better sound-proofing internally would be good, but no road noise which was great given the main road nearby. Parking $15/night which was not mentioned anywhere. Did not get to eat in the restaurant. Pleasant service, probably a bit overpriced considering the tired rooms.
