Prior to my arrival I emailed the hotel to state my partner will be checking in earlier. No one responded to my email, and when my partner tried to check in, he was informed NO, but was offered a drink until I turned up, all I can say this didn't help me. Hotel is lovely and clean. Rooms are very clean and done out nicely. BUT don't use the air conditioner in the night. Terrible to say the least! Luckily our room had a window that we could open. We dined in the hotels restaurant 350. Our waitresses were great. There were 4 of us, the service was swift and my food was nice. If we were not using our accor card, I'm sorry the food was over priced. In saying that there are plenty of restaurants in the area to try, next time.
I travelled a long way and upon arrival had a few obstacles I had to sort through - Hannah at Reception worked with me and saw me through until I was completely checked in, all with a beautiful positive attitude and a great smile. Came down for breakfast and was feeling a bit tired still. Again greeted with an awesome smile and warm friendly personality by Jai at the Breakfast check in. Hard day at work, came back to my room and ordered room service - it got delivered by Renee who sealed off the awesome customer service with the genuine enquiries into my day, the beautiful manner in which she engaged with me and the offer for any further assistance to not hesitate to contact her. All three of these staff members engaged with me as a human being and not a dollar sign customer. Thank you Novotel for getting it right with your staff!!!!!
Such a lovely stay sadly only one night! We stayed at the novotel parramatta on our wedding night and the room was perfect as well as being greater by a lovely congratulations car and treat! Thank you!
This was our first stay at Novotel Sydney Parramatta. On arrival, we went to our room and then to Happy Hour where we were asked by a very nice young lady (an employee) - "Is your room okay?" I did say that there was a slight problem and we were moved immediately. Dinner was very nice as was the breakfast. I cannot praise the staff enough for their friendly manner. Church Street is also known as 'Eat Street' for obvious reasons. There are countless restaurants and cafes just outside Novotel and a park across the road. A 10 minutes walk to the train station and a reasonable trip into Central going express through lots of stations. In fact, coming back at night from Central, the first stop was Parramatta. Very convenient, very nice place to stay and reasonably priced. We hope to return.
All the staff were very friendly and helpful nothing was a problem ,Bed, so good A+ Being an Accor member I was given some extra treats like an up grade room A + meals A + ,and secure parking for my car
Terrible nights sleep, paper thin walls, cockroach in bathroom. Breakfast was nice and communication with staff was very pleasant and easy to deal with but unfortunately room were incredibly disappointing. I will not be staying here again.
Stayed here over the weekend and it was fantastic the room was great the staff were very friendly and helpful and the breakfast was wonderful I would definitely stay here again it was great value for the price I paid and in a. Convenient location
I stayed here for 2 nights on business. The main benefot is the location. Train station is a 10-15 minute walk away and there are lots of options for food around here. The rooms are ok and may look a little tired. But beds were comfortable. The main drawback is that the street noise can be heared in the rooms. The service was good. especially at tha bar and breakfast was adequate.
Great place to stay close to Eat Street and a short walk to the train station and Westfield. My favourite part of my stay is enjoying room service which always came hot and with a friendly face. The pool and gym were a plus for winding down.
The hotel is dated and needs a revamp. The breakfast was great. The rooms are big and clean. It's a good business hotel or if u have a overnight function in the area to say at. Great restaurant around the area. 2nd best place to say in Parramatta
