Novotel Sydney Parramatta

Central which makes getting anywhere very easy and that is important in a city with nowhere to park. Put the car in the car park and take taxis, uber or walk. The room was very well set up and spotlessly clean. Breakfast was the usual comprehensive buffet with a la carte if required. Good food. No crticisms at all. We would go again next time we need to be in Parramatta

Extremely happy with the room, location and availability of off street car parking. Only thing that was disappointing was that wifi was an extra cost which I didn't take. Overall excellent service and room. Thank you.

This motel is very clean and services good, reception staff could no more about the area except for Shaun he was very helpful and a real gentleman. Breakfast was nice except coffee. Air con in our room817 was so noisy we had to have it off when in room & if you opened window was too noisy to sleep. Everything clean. A folder in room with all the services available in the area would be helpful. Very convenient to eating places edtc. Would stay again.

The area has plenty of restaurants and shops around. Stay was pricier than I would like. Caution in making tentative bookings - ours was NOT tentative and we were unable to cancel. The money had been taken from account a month early! The rooms were spacious but lighting was dim. The spa was NOT heated but jets worked well. The lighting in the pool area (it was open until 10pm) was non-existent but the water was refreshing. Aircon cooled but was noisy.

I can’t fault the staff , the location is excellent , the rooms were ok , the aircon was a bit noisy , the television channels are limited and the pay per view movies are highway robbery . We enjoyed our stay and the food on offer just outside the hotel is one of the best precincts in the country . But paying to park $18 a night in the hotels own carpark we are a guest at is a bit ordinary , also not having a better range of free TV stations was a bit of a letdown . We went to hire a few pay per view movies only to find they were $16 each . Other than that we would certainly stay here again .

We recently stayed as part of a business weekend. The staff were nice but the building itself is very rundown. There were cracks in our walls, the base of the sink where the pipes met the floor leaked and went all over our clothes, the air conditioning didn’t work properly and when it did work it was so loud. When we went to get our car from the car park there was a broken pipe which was leaking (what smelt like) sewerage next to our car and had splattered in the car next to ours. The breakfast buffet was nice and generous. Lots of choices. A good location, lovely staff and food but the building itself is far from the price tag.

It was nice to stay out of the city but still be close. We had a lovely stay the room was nice and the food was great the only criticism was the air con it was set on zero and only got really cold thru the night

We stayed overnight here and found the usual expectations of a Novotel Hotel. It’s a smaller hotel with basic presentation but provides everything you would expect from this group. Good business location and easy access to the western suburbs, blue mountains or Olympic Park.

Stayed here for 2 nights to celebrate our anniversary and my daughters 21st birthday. Love the location as it is walking distance to great eateries, westfields and the train station. We were so blown away to be chosen as ‘guests of the day’ we were sent an absolutely beautiful cheese platter and bottle of red wine, and a lovely hand written card! The only small things that irritated me was not having the toiletries replaced each day. Just because I’m using a shampoo and there’s a little left in the shower, that doesn’t mean that I have enough for that night. Also, my husband can’t have sugar, there was no equal in the room, so after the first night I left a very pleasant note for housekeeping asking for some. None was left for us and no response to the note. I will definitely return though, the staff are lovely and we had a great couple of days here.

Only here for one night, stayed for work. Very basic room, very clean thou. Toilet very cramped. Air conditioning was impossible to put on due to noise level. Was ridiculous. Good breakfast, lots of yummy options.
