Other Things to Note: NO SMOKING INSIDE THE BUILDING.
There is a strict NO smoking policy for this studio and building.
Guests cannot under any circumstances smoke in my apartment or in any common areas of the building. If the smoke alarm is activated by the guest by any means other than a bonafide emergency, the fire brigade will be automatically advised and will attend to the building. There is a fee of $1,375.00 from NSW Fire Brigades for each fire truck that attends the property. This fee will be payable by the guest should it be a false alarm. There is a FIRE ALARM deactivation BUTTON, located next to the intercom. If this button is pressed within 60 SECONDS of the alarm being activated, it will disable the alarm and cancel the call out by NSW Fire Brigades. Please familiarise yourself with this procedure to avoid any unnecessary call outs and subsequent charges by the NSW Fire Brigade.
