This was our second time to stay here and it won't be our last , the room we had this time looked over the park and once again the room was excellent, clean and everything you need for a great stay in a beautiful location

This place has it all location right next to the wharf so you get a really beautiful view, the food is really good and the beer is good but would say very pricey! The weekend it seems absolutely packed, worth popping in when in watsons bay it a nice day out then go there after.

With out a doubt, the best place in Watson Bay to enjoy water views, park and food. It's accessible by all means of transport including by ferry from Circular Quay. We like this place so much all year round. It has both inside and outside dining option and few bars to enjoy a drink. It can be very busy on the weekends. Food is medium range price wise but the views is the giveaway.

Beautiful setting and hotel. Food is delicious and staff are extremely helpful. We spent the night there after my daughters wedding at Dunbar house and the staff were outstanding helping me organise rooms and people. I couldn't have asked for more.

My wife and I stayed here in July for one night. This is a lovely, friendly hotel right at the heart of beautiful Watsons Bay. The room and facilities were excellent and the staff very friendly. There was a big wedding on in the main restaurant on the day we stayed and we had to eat in the adjoining beach bar. This was a lively and vibrant atmosphere and the food was well cooked and hot. I would recommend this hotel as a great place to stay on the outskirts of Sydney

My family and I stayed two nights in a loft room. It was a great option for a family travelling with older children. The room was attractively decorated with lots of thoughtful little touches. Importantly, the beds were v comfy! We all enjoyed the stunning location and the relaxed but stylish vibe of the hotel. Easy to take a ferry from the wharf out the front to travel to the city or the North Shore. The hotel bars and eating areas were buzzing on the weekend but that was all part of the experience and not disruptive during our stay.

On a beautiful Sydney Friday afternoon doing lunch at the Watson's Bay Hotel is as good as it gets. Set right alongside the waters of Sydney Harbour, this boutique style hotel enjoys gorgeous views across the waters towards Sydney. Get there by ferry from Circular Quay or by bus or drive yourself, however parking is or can be a problem, particularly in summer. The Watson's Bay Hotel is a fantastic setting for weddings in their private function room or stay in their newly refurbished hotel rooms. We had lunch outside in the glorious sunshine and the setting was picture perfect. Pity the food doesn't match the setting and for what you pay its disappointing, and as a party of five, four dishes arrived together whilst the fifth dish took another 30 minutes! Will say they cater very well for the kids which makes mums and dads a little bit more relaxed.

Stopped for a quick lunch before a walk around Watson Bay. We only had some snacks but never the less, the food was really disappointing. We had the chicken wings, lamb ribs and salami antipasto plate. Lamb and chicken was so sweet it was hardly eatable. The Salami plate looked like from the 70's and the 4 crostini sticks probably were from the 70's. For such a great spot with so much potential its is such a let down when the food is not up to scratch. For the powers to be I suggest to check out the Newport and see what can be done in regards to awesome "pup food". On a good note The service staff was exceptionally friendly and the venue is really nice, clean and well out fitted with lots of space and gas heaters.

We will never eat here again. After paying $23 for a burger we received a slopped together barely cooked burger which was extremely disappointing and frankly horrible for the price we paid. Come on Watson's Bay hotel, you can do better than that. I will take my lunch money elsewhere in future.

This was our third stay at Watsons Bay Hotel, convenient for us as we have family living close by. Spent 5 days at the hotel and found staff very helpful and friendly. Food good and our room perfect and comfortable as usual overlooking the park. Last time we stayed in the large room overlooking the harbour, view was fantastic right up the harbour to the city. Would recommend if you dont mind paying the extra cost, although our room this time was absolutely fine. Public transport and ferrys very convenient.
