It's a really nice hotel. Staffs are very kind and friendly. so when you have some questions, you will ask them easily. And the hotel very close to a station. If I will visit Sydney next time, I would defiantly chose this hotel :)
It is good to note it is still a great place to stay, in fact, the best place to stay next to Darling Harbour. Great location, comfortable beds. Great business model focused on the customer. Friendliest staff and vibe. Great service too!
Arrived early and had an easy check in with good service. The executive king room is a new suite with an amazing shower. Location is central and easy to get to from the airport. It is very comfortable and I was well looked after. Highly recommended
This is the worst place I have stayed in. In over 40 years on the road I have never been treated with such contempt. On arrival I complained about the state of the room and requested a clean one. I was told there was nothing available and I would have to pay for un upgrade. The bathroom was putrid and not cleaned the basin cupboard was falling apart and no where to put toiletries. the Air conditioner leaked water and was in a bad need of a clean and service. The curtains on the window had no black out lining coupled with a worn out mattress on the bed I ended up sleep deprived. There is a communal kitchen which was disgustingly filthy and needed commercial cleaners to attend to it. which services the communal rooms on the floor. The photos on the website do not accurately reflect the actual room and I believe they may have been airbrushed. when I complained it seemed that the management was aware of the state of this room and being Mardi Gras they were probably cashing in the products in the mini bar HA Ha were a small chocolate from a fun pack of chocolates and the chips was a small bag from a party pack and they wanted 2.50 for each of those items its the only place where I have had to ask for extra pillows and for the cleaner to vacuum the floor I demanded my money back but fat chance of that happening. Consider a park bench first before booking this Dirty Disgusting Dive
Newly refurbished, neat and tidy, secure parking facilities, hotel within the short walking distance of darling harbour, shopping mall and restaurants. Accomodating friendly service. Minimal street noise with a secured balcony. Would stay again.
I find the hotel online. It shows that they have a good location. Near almost everything and eventually booked the room. When doing the check-in it is quick and they are friendly. They help me with my questions. And when I get to the room it it big and spacious. It seemed that it was just newly built as it all look new. I will recommend this to my friends as I find them great. 在中央車站附近 離車步行差不多五分鐘就可以到達 也有巴士可以搭乘 附近有超市 便利商店 速食店 機能很方便的住處
Too many dissapointing things to mention .room was Nothing as it showed in picture. There was glitter all over the floor and it was dirty , no milk in fridge no spoons dirty cups tea bags were in the iron water holder , no out door sitting area , everthing about this place screamed get out . This place needs to be investigated and will probabley see it on current affair very soon . No receipts nothing very bad . I would not reccomend anyone to stay here and the staff are rude .
Location was great (hence the 1 star) however when we arrived we realised we had booked a room with shared bathroom. Was told we would get a free upgrade if we did a 5 star review on Trip Advisor. Did this to save a little money. Staff were friendly, however, what appear to be owners / management had taken up all lobby sitting space. When got to the room it smelt like a brothel. Bathroom, though appearing to be recently updated, was filthy. The bed again looked as though it had come from a brothel and the material was dirty and stained. Tried to stay out of the room for as long as we could. Would not recommend.
The smell of mould walking into the room was astounding. Mouldy shower, stained bed and out of date electrical cords! Tried to change rooms but ended up checking out. Refund! Don't even get me started on that argument!
Firstly I understand not being able to check in early but to not be able to have my room available for 5 hours is a little unfair. Now to it. I get to my room and need a shower. Hmmm where is the soap???? Go downstairs. They advise that they don't have any and that the delivery won't be there until Monday. I ask what they are going to do about it as I need soap to wash. They pretty much shrug their shoulders and give me a blank look. Not accepting this I once again asked what they were going on o so about it at which time someone comes up with the bright idea of giving me a pump pack of hand soap from the staff room. I ended up buying some soap from a local shop. Poor reply poor outcome poor service. Totally unacceptable.
