I was woken at 7 am by workmen installing fire doors only a few metres from my room. Management had not cared to warn me of the work or schedule the noisy work at a reasonable time.

Staff were friendly and lobby was mostly clean despite a weird smell upon entry on the first day. Breakfast buffet could've been better by having a few more options and even sugar for the cereal and coffee machine. Bed was surprisingly soft and clean. But bathroom could've used a deeper scrub. Also, maybe a smaller room instead of a wheenlchair accessible room. Better lighting positions would also be a nice thing as well as some more lighta.

Check in fine although I had rang 3 times previous to check in to ask a question about security deposit. After messages left no one called me back. It’s budget. Clean bed, hot shower but totally claustrophobic Japanese style bathroom pod. Smallest I’ve ever seen and not comfortable, beware the massive step when you step out, you’ll break your neck if you forget. Aircon not working but manager changed remote. It’s either on or off so you either boil or freeze. Apparently they are in the middle of upgrading aircon. An extraordinarily amount of dust in the corners, looking out the window you could be mistaken for thinking you were in a 3rd world country, the amount of rubbish and detritus outside the grounds was just disgusting. I could not stay here longer than a night but it’s fine for the amount you pay, it is what is says, Budget.

The property was great for what we paid for. The shower was surprisingly good pressure and very hot. Fridge is convenient for snacks and water. Bed is very comfortable and the air conditioning is great. Didn’t like how the bed was on wheels, it moved anytime I leant against the wall or sat on it too fast. Took a day and a half to get extra pillows we had asked for when we first arrived. Good and affordable stay, i recommend

When we arrived there was another customer complaining that their room had no air conditioning. We got to our room and found the same scenario. We told the receptionist who gave us a complimentary breakfast, which we appreciated, but in the morning the entire reception and breakfast area were locked up, despite it apparently being open from 7. We checked back at 8 and it was still locked. Had a terrible sleep due to the heat. Also, the shower curtain was missing. Linen and towels were clean at least.
