Central location in Sydney right across from train station and Hyde Park
Main issue with the room - there is no ventilation in the bathroom so all the nasty smells stay there. Homeless people around the hotel. Limited breakfast options, we thought that if breakfast was included, it would be outside of the room.
Nice size rooms for a queen and a twin with kitchen.
Property was clean during our stay. It was accessbl everywhere with the train station aboout 5mins walk. Our breakfast was not delivered in our room, they dont have kitchen or resto to eat the free breakfast.Parkis inconvenient, you have to ring them to open the parking grage door and leave the car keys with them everytime whick is so inconvenient.
Nice, clean, modern room. Great facility. Very convenient location. Walking distance to central train station, light rail station, and other attractions in CBD. Free laundry facility. Cons: Continental breakfast was meager.
We rented the 2 bedroom apt for 4 adults. Plenty of space with small balcony overlooking Hyde Park and war memorial, glimpse of harbour. Excellent!

We booked a family room for 1 night, a few weeks later realized we need an extra night but since they didn't have that type or room anymore we had to book the "deluxe" family room paying 50% more. The "deluxe" is actually worse than the regular, smaller, no sitting area, noisier. The breakfast was disappointing: tiny 100ml orange juice cups and not even some apples or bananas to go with the few slices of bread left in the fridge. For how much I spent per night I expected at least some shampoo and conditioner in the bathroom. Will definitely NOT stay there again.
A good value for a very nice large room & comfortable furnishings. Convenient & safe location. Free laundry facility was very convenient.
