I came all the way from Hawaii to Australia on my first time visit to the country, the staff at the Mercure is very nice from the workers at the front desk to the the cleaners and the cooks. The continental breakfast is the best. I will always stay here when ever I visit my family in Australia again, thank you staff for the pleasant hospitality.
I wasn’t able to check in as I’ve lost my wallet. I had the proof that I’ve lost it and showed the receipt from Service NSW that I’ve ordered another one. And also showed paper work I had from the LOcal court with my Medicare but they wouldn’t accept it. So I wasn’t allowed to check in. The male at the counter didn’t even suggest anything I can do to prove my identity I just got a simple “no”. Terrible customer service.
