Property was great, small but had everything we needed. I suggest that the toilet seat be fixed and maybe another hook to hang towels. We enjoyed our few days and would stay there again.

Area has everything within walking distance transit, eatery's, shopping was 5 minute tram ride away. Unit has a few items outdated or not working, supplies minimum ieTP Utensils but no real issues average place to stay.

Fantastic space in a fantastic neighborhood

I stayed for 10 days at this apartment while visiting my son who is studying abroad in Sydney. The space is sparkling clean , new, and has everything one would need. Bathroom is fantastic The kitchen has everything you need to prepare a meal. The bed is super comfy and the TV, A/C , Wi-Fi, and washer/dryer worked very well. It took me awhile to figure out the washer dryer. But I am going to attribute that to operator error Peter was excellent at communicating with me. I was allowed an early check in which I was very great up for. Surry Hill is such a cool neighborhood with great restaurants , coffee shops, and pubs close by. Reuben Hills cafe and Copain wine bar are steps away from the house and special shout out to the Keg and Brew where I drink way too many pints of beer I hope to return to Sydney with my husband and would definitely stay at this lovely spot again. Thank you Peter

Heart of Surry hills

Great space, no need to wander far with everything at your finger tips. I will say only down point is, it can be noise if other tenants are living downstairs
