Very Good

The property overall was a great deal. The cost was the most reasonable in the area and it was near everything! The bathrooms could use some updates but it was mostly clean.
Excellent location to Circular Quay, easily walkable, right next to the cruise terminal, dining options nearby. The hotel bar isn't open Sun - Tues and the restaurant is only open (Thu - Sat?) unless you want their breakfast buffet but we found other places to go. Anyway, that was the one disappointing thing. We'd definitely consider this hotel as an option if we returned to Sydney.

Well positioned for activities around Circular Quay.
We came to Sydney for the Marathon. Incredible experience. The staff at the hotel looked after us so well. We enjoyed every aspect of the hotel. The roof top pool is out of this world.

The location & staff were great.
I didn’t like the draft through the window and the water in the shower. Two extremes from boiling hot to cold.
Have stayed their previously and it was excellent, that’s why I rebooked again

Date, but what a location
Amazing location, fair price, dated hotel
Would visit again
Good location in The Rocks, but overpriced. No option to amend room to walk in shower when required as they say they don’t have any (website says different), no VIP room upgrade offered (not even any acknowledgment) and was unable to use the $25 food & beverage credit (which I had to ask about) as their bar does not open on Sunday or Mondays. I could’ve used it for breakfast, but that doesn’t start until 7am by which time I had left. Very disappointed that the $$$ does not match the quality or service it should.

Great place to stay when visiting Sydney. Roof top pool allows great views of the bridge and Opera house during the week. The view is blocked Friday through Monday with cruise ships docking.
Great location and very comfortable and clean room. Thank you

Hotel stay in the rocks
Hotel was OK it was suitable, needs updating, best thing about this place is where it was located. It is Century located to walk down to the train station restaurants, and in the heart of the rocks the hotel itself is nothing to write home about.
Staff is very helpful and polite. Room is adequate. Bathroom is a little bit tight. Beds are very comfortable. Breakfast was excellent. The location is great. We would stay here again.
Disappointing service. I had to argue for the $25 room credit & then even though I signed a chit for less the credit, they tried to bill me the entire amount on checkout. I asked for a room with a walk in shower due to my friends needs and was told they don’t have those, but their website says otherwise. For a venue that charges what they do, staff could also be better presented, several were dressed more for a hostel front desk!

Property was really rundown, but you can’t tell in the photos. Bed was clean and comfortable. Bathroom was clean as well. We had stayed at the Fullerton, then stayed overnight at Taronga Zoo, and then checked into the Harbour Hotel, so it felt quite lacking in comparison. But whatever it might have lacked, the neighbourhood made up for it. It’s an amazing location.
