The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. The room was a bit rough and the blind broke after my first (gentle) use. The beds were clean and comfortable. The WiFi is relatively slow. Delicious breakfast buffet - make sure to pre-book to save a few dollars.

Great location A bit hard to locate if you are catching the train from the airport Friendly and helpful staff Room was a bit small - there was only about 20cm between the bed and wall - but was clean Would stay again but select a larger room Current building works may inhibit future views

We like the location, and it is clean and check in staff are good. We did not like the buffet breakfast at all, it was all COLD! everthing that was supposed to be warm, not nice at all. I did say something to the girl waitress at the time and were basically ignored. Very disappointed.

It is a nice hotel! The location is very near to the city centre! The cleaning service u have to talk to reception so they can clean ur room! If u stay more than three days, u still have to contact reception! But they gave me the paper it says if u stay longer than two nights, they will automatically clean your room which is not accurate that will mislead a lot of people! But the rest was good! I love the breakfast they provided! They have to put slippers and toothbrush and toothpaste in the room!

This was a very basic hotel. It was clean and fine. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was very basic and didn't include cleaning. It felt more like staying in a hostel which wasn't as I expected. It was fine though.

Room was advertised as “superior” but there was nothing superior about it. Very basic, no comfort at all, room and bathroom in need of renovation ( dripping shower and leaking when used). Room directly above bar therefore very noisy at night and load music from 6am, could do with double glazing . Wouldn’t stay at hotel again.
