Staff were fantastic and the check in and check out process was so fast and easy. Let down by our room not have a cover for the quilt, it was just put in between two sheets, and then there was no actual “top sheet” between us and the “quilt cover”. Bed was fine but pillows were terrible. Nothing in the mini fridge in the room except some small milk containers for tea/coffee. Room is a little dated and it wasn’t easy trying to find information about wi-fi. TV wasn’t easy to use to get off the welcome screen. Only way to access the hotel information was scanning a QR code that would pop up for a few seconds in the tv welcome screen, then you had to wait for it to cycle through again (nothing physically in the room that could be scanned - had to use the tv). It was convenient, but it wasn’t worth the price we paid and feels like it was just missing things to make things easier for guests within the room.
