Disappointing. Would not stay there again

It was so dirty. The carpet in the hallways looked like it hadn’t been vacuumed in months. We didn’t want to sit in the chairs because they had ,arks all over them so disappointed. I stay at Rydges in Melbourne and it’s always immculate..I was shocked at the sad state of this.

Great Service

Service from the staff is excellent, very friendly and helpful with any needs. The property itself has seen better days. Could do with a make over. But the room was generally clean, and comfortable. Sadly you can hear a lot of traffic noise

I was upgraded to a ‘city view’ room that in fact was the noisiest of the building being on the corner of the building facing the 8 lane main road. The breakfast took an hour to cook an omelet. Room service was good.

The accomodation area including corridors was tired and needed a refit. The room was comfortable. Parking, they wanted paid separately via a scan and separate payment which was inconvenient. Not really up to the usual Rydges standard.
