location was very convenient but the property was VERY understaffed.Waited 10min just to check in because front desk only had 1 person who was getting ice for a customer. a later pillow request was NEVER honored. "Continental" breakfast was Entemen's pastries out of the box.

Great location. Very friendly staff. Within walking distance to the beaches, shops and restaurants. The only thing wrong was there no towels in the room. Luckily the cleaning staff was on the floor and I was able to grab two towels from their cart.

Excellent location, beach is right nearby. Good area for restauraunts

The room itself was clean, however the facility was in need of upgrades and more attention to cleaning in the public spaces. I would not recommend staying here for the ambiance but the location cannot be beat... We will not be returning.

Excellent location with well done rooms. The common areas not so much

Nice hotel right across the street from the water and a 10 minute drive to the Ferry to go over to Block Island. They provide a very nice continental breakfast in the morning. The hotel lobby is very inviting and the staff were all very nice. The rooms were OK - clean but dated. The A/C in the rooms wasn't great. I would stay here again.

I recommend this hotel, but NOT the "superior" suite. I have a mixed review for Aqua Blue. We stayed here because the location is superb and they offered a 2 bedroom "superior" suite for my family of four. On the positive side... The location was all we had hoped for. Close to beach, shopping, restaurants etc. The rooms were nice and the staff was very friendly. The continental breakfast had limited choice, but the quality of what they offered was very high (starbucks, fresh fruit, yogurt cups with fresh fruit, bagels, very fresh pastries). On a negative note... we paid a very high price for a two room suite which was basically the same as adjoining rooms. The suite had small windows, no view and no balcony. While the bathrooms had jacuzzi tubs, the jets smelled terrible (mildew?) and I was afraid to use them. I think we would have done better to get two adjoining rooms with balconies. The balcony rooms looked lovely and the views would be spectacular, so that is what I will do next time.

The hotel was OK. However, the air conditioning during the particularly humid time we were there was poor. We also asked several times for a broken toilet seat to be repaired or replaced, and it never happened. Room service for cleaning was barely adequate. They never could get all old wet towels collected when they left clean towels. One day, the clean towel left had a huge hole in it. Just in general, room cleaning not very carefully executed. Not sure I would recommend to others without qualification.

This hotel is not a resort, its 2 Stars at best. They do not have a bar, we were informed the bar deck has closed. The housekeeping is poor, our room was not clean on arrival; floor needed vacuuming, a light bulb was out-never fixed, one window screen was missing and the door to the patio was swollen shut. (Rm319). On the final night of our stay the maid never serviced the room, we had to call the front desk for towels. Orbitz over charged me $142 above the bill I received when I checked out. I have called and spent over an hour trying to resolve the issue with Orbitz.

Staff was very friendly and helpful, rooms were very clean and comfortable! The Indian food restaurant was deliousious and very affordable. Only complaint was very loud party going on somewhere in the hotel.

Only one old elevator with a sign restricting to five riders or two when using a luggage cart. yikes bumpy ride

we checked it and no towels or faceclothes called down be right up. walked over to the refrig the floor was soaked it was unpligged. "we will have to move you" ok pack up and move. the cafe in the hotel is not part of the hotel so you have to out for food. came back from dinner the clock would not set and the front desk didn't know how, Ok my husband filled the tub (adv as a jacuzzi) is did not work. call down front desk comes up they can't get it to work. the Manager was not there, but the lady at the front desk said she text her to tell her what a mess this whole thing was. She said we would behearing from her (we should be compensated for all the trouble we had. I e-mailed her and did not receive one word back. So now I am going to my credit card company I am not paying for that zoo. too bad because it is clean and a great place to be

My husband and I stayed for one week. It was easy to find and close to everything.

This is a wonderful hotel with a friendly staff. The location is excellent being right across from a beach and close to shops. It was my first stay but will not be my last. I highly recommend this hotel if you're in the Narragansett area

Housekeeping was great. We hung the sign to have our room serviced immediately and upon our return is was done. Friendly staff. I was aware of the renovations occurring at the time of booking, it wasn't an issue and did not affect our stay. I would definitely go back.

Nice location but the hotel was like a ghost town. Nobody worked there, things didn't work but nobody cared.

This hotel left a lot to be desired from our room that smelled like cat litter, to the bathroom that was incredibly small to the insufficient air conditioner, we were more comfortable at the Hampton Inn up the road which was clean and professionally managed.

We liked the hotel for its location, however certain areas could use some work such as pool area, the outside deck was lackluster and the "balcony" was barely large enough for 2 people to stand on.

Hi Dina, Thank you for your lovely review. We are very lucky to have the staff that we do and really appreciate you mentioning that! They do a wonderful job whether it be at the front desk, maintenance, or housekeeping! Maharaja is the Indian restaurant located within the hotel. We couldn't agree more. Some of our favorites are the chicken tikka and also the garlic naan bread! I will let them know you like their food! Apologies for the noise. We do have security on-site on the weekends and do our best to resolve any noise complaints in a timely fashion. We hope you were able to get a good nights sleep once the noise subsided. All the best, Mary Ellen
