Very clean!!!! My first requirement. This was a last minute decision. It was a very simple room, the only amenity was a bar of soap. But we knew that going in so we were ok with it. Right on the beach. They did have beach chairs and umbrellas available as well as kids toys and boogie boards. Anna, the receptionist, was so very nice. She set the tone for our visit.

The staff are very friendly and accommodating. The property itself is right on the beach, which itself is beautiful and has a remarkable shoreline. In addition, the inn is near some great restaurants on the beach and in nearby towns. I have been going here for years and often see the same people. It is an inn that you will want to book summer after summer.

Quick get away

Just to be near the beach booked this last room available day of so it worked out, tho we didnt get there till 8pm and so asked to keep car there in order to stay on the beach since we didnt get to use the beach upon checkin, in front but would have to pay addition $40 and not even have a bathroom was unacceptable to me as other hotels have allowed it last summer for free.also no nightstand on 1 side very strange setup

We loved that the hotel is right on the beach. It was amazing to hear the waves at night and be able to walk right out onto the beach whenever we wanted to. The beach is amazing, and there are no rocks! However, we found the shower to be extremely small, and we had some hair on our sheets when we first checked in. The staff was happy to come change them when we called and requested a sheet change. The WiFi also didn’t work unless you were essentially standing in the office. There also wasn’t someone in the office at night when we needed someone to address a group of people speaking loudly on the balcony around midnight.

The hotel is on the beach. To sleep hearing the waves was a treat. The rooms are very clean but some might need an update soon, furniture wise. Anna is amazing and gave us a tour at arrival and keeps the place running very nicely and smoothly. She is so friendly, polite, professional and efficient. The hotel has a big balcony with tables in front of the rooms. I loved that we had our private beach and parking. You can check out and pay a fee to leave the car there till night time, upon availability. The “pizza bus” Rhode Island Co across the street has a delicious pizza and quesadillas. There is also a restaurant, an ice cream place and a gift store across the street. It was a very pleasant stay! The beach is clean, the moon was full and was such a nice surprise.
