Travelodge Hotel Sydney

Friendly staff. Close to attractions. Limited Wi-Fi in room. Mold in shower

Very nice that they will hold your bag behind the desk while you wait for check in or check out.

Safe bet if you're on a budget. It was full of backpackers. Rooms are cramped and basic. Breakfast buffet was good value.

For the price this is a great deal. Clean and centralized and a mini kitchen and decent hotel gym. Bed and bedding could be a bit more comfortable but overall it was what I needed for my stay.

Hotel nr Oxford st and Hyde Park. Needs renovation. Basic rooms at a high price. Kitchenette nice. TV small and basic channels. No breakfast

Our AC didn't work well and the room was always too warm. Had to ask for linens. BR floor was dirty. Had to do my own dishes to assure they were clean. The lock on our door was broken, pointed out to management, nothing happened. Refrigerator needed defrosting... also pointed out. Not a bad place... I just had a poor room... Very small for 2 people! A minute walk to the park and close enough to walk to other fun things... We walked to the Opera House in 45 minutes. Nice walk with stuff to do on the way! I would stay here again, but with the knowledge that I now have. The room and service we had while there the week before with EF Tours was much better!

The stay was very good. Comfortable and affordable.

This was much better than expected. Nice comfortable room with a great shower. Centrally located. I would definitely stay here again.

Great location. It was ok for the price. The cleanliness is another story. They serviced it one day and didn't even bother to vacuum the carpet. We complained and showed it to manager and only cleaned it the following day.

This hotel was crazy busy while I was there and the location was so amazingly convenient I understand why. Decent amenities combined with the great make this a great choice if you want to be in the middle of things in Sydney

Great for all Sydney inner city locations, right next to all public transport

Hotel was affordable. Breakfast was really bad. Rooms were ok. The only plus were the friendly staff.

We could see landing planes from our room window and this makes it an excellent in my books. Also, its perfectly located to catch that early flight to Europe

My room was clean, modern, and fairly comfortable. It represented a pretty good value considering its location in Sydney. I had a twin bed which was narrower than anything you see in an American motel/hotel but it slept fine. The room itself was along the lines of what an American might expect at a Comfort Inn, although this is a high-rise hotel with room entry from internal hallways. The TV was pretty small but I don't think I even turned it on. It was a good place to spend my last night in Sydney because it's located close to the train line that leads to the airport, about a 15 min ride away.

Rooms were small, beds were twin sized and were not secured to anything so they moved around. Elevators were very crowded in the morning, had to wait for four elevators to pass before one had room. Cleanliness was good, location close to Hyde Park convenient.

Secure. Friendly staff. Very good quality for the price. Staff were friendly.

First time staying this hotel during my visit to Sydney. Close to train station and the room is clean with all the necessary amenities. Only thing lack of is the internet access which is not FOC for hotel guest in the room.

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. I was traveling as a tourist and it met our needs- a place to sleep. As a foreign traveler, the lack of Wi-Fi was inconvenient. The free Wi-Fi in the lobby was useless. My email wouldn't update and it's only good for 1 device. The location was good. We found it easily walkable to many tourist locations as well as public transportation.

It suited for what I needed: bed, hot shower and location.

Excellent location (very close to Hyde Park). Good breakfast (members eat 2 for 1). Internet is not complementary. We paid 99 AUD for 7 days, but we had problems with the network. For one day we were on the phone with the IT Department. They solved the problem and gave us a discount. The cleaning lady did not leave enough towels in the bathroom, so we had to call the reception almost every day for more towels. Overall, the hotel is very good for the money we paid.
