Beautiful, clean hotel with a fun vibe in a great location central to everything. The staff were excellent and very helpful at all times. We loved the 24/7 coffee bar located on the 4th floor which was so convenient and we were surprised at the excellent quality of the coffee! Breakfast was delicious and we enjoyed the variety of options. Would recommend this hotel and we would definitely return in the future!

Our room was very comfortable and has the best ironing accessories of any place we stayed. The staff was very helpful in pointing out areas of interest. Location was close to public transport and the restaurants had a wonderful selection of food. There also was a free espresso machine with fresh fruit available. Highly recommend this hotel.

We really enjoyed our stay. The room was a good size and the bathroom was nice. Breakfast is included and has a range of options. We ate at the Bistro on our first night and the food was really good. Staff are all really friendly. The hotel is easy to get to from the airport and a good base to explore the rest of Stockholm.

Excellent Property and Service

Best hotel of any I have stayed in in last three years. Cleanliness is impeccable and room las large with clean carpeting. Centrally located and near the Silja ferry dock. I was asked if I would be having breakfast in the morning I said I had an early flight and they said they would pack me something to take and the next morning they remembered! Never had such excellent service.

Rival was ridiculously good

The staff at Rival are the BEST. Friendly, professional and very attentive. The hotel is centrally located and perfectly appointed. Breakfast was delicious. The Bistro was the only let down, both service and food were a little disappointing. We upgraded to a suite and it was fantastic. Spacious and very comfortable. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Rival. Shout out to ALL at reception- Michelle, Joel were standouts.
