Hotel was in a great location (easy walking to most places to visit and restaurants) and we had great views over the water with some amazing sunrises. However we found it was noisy (could hear a nightclub/bar music until 5am each day) and the bed wasn’t overly comfortable. This is our second hotel we have stayed at in Europe finding they only supply one teabag for 2-3 tea flavours, and even after room clean the next day seeing a one flavour used still only restocked with one? It would have been nice to have restocked a few of that flavour used. Towels were also very stiff. Beds, towels etc much nicer at our next Radisson hotel.

Tho hotel is beautiful from the location waterfront to the surroundings the delicious breakfast buffet and the courteous staff . We loved our waterfront view room. The pillows are absolutely comfortable and the surroundings of the hotel are beautiful. I will definitely stay again

Loved my stay. I felt welcomed, safe and looked after. I was a solo woman traveller from Australia and I was really given the really good hospitality. Little things like a much needed, strong umbrella to borrow during your stay, to afternoon refreshments including fruit. It really was the little things. I really enjoyed my stay and would highly recommend.

During my visit I was pleasantly surprised by the beauty and charm of the historical places that surrounded me. I particularly leisurely strolls along the strand. where I had the opportunity to explore the many wonderful attractions that Stockholm has to offer. On a culinary note, I must mention the delightful discovery of Issie restaurant, where I had the best Japanese friend chicken. The breakfast buffet was a treat every morning - it was truly a pleasure to start my day with such a delicious breakfast . I can't wait to return to explore more of that this incredible hotel and city have to offer.

Beautiful hotel- great location

We were upgraded to the CEO suite which was super lucky for us. It was absolutely gorgeous! Even without that though, the hotel was lovely and accommodating. Very clean with snacks and coffee set out to enjoy.

Upgraded to the tower suite for early check-in along with three breakfasts for a great price. The desk manager was very accommodating and helpful. The experience was amazing together with incredible food. I would highly recommend this property.
